1引言（Introduction）

随着计算机技术的日益成熟、普及，现代的企业管理的实际运作在很多方面、很大程度上都必须借助计算机来完成，相应软件的开发显得尤为重要。

管理信息系统是一门新兴的科学，能够进行信息的收集、传送、储存、维护和加工。

管理信息系统能反映企业的各种运行情况，利用历史数据预测未来，从全局出发辅助进行决策，利用信息控制行为，帮助实现规划目标，进行高效的管理。

1.1编写目的（Objectives）

该软件项目的可行性研究报告是对项目的全面、通盘考虑，是项目团队进行进一步工作的前提，是项目团队成员能否正确、成功的开发项目的前提与基础。

本报告的目的是为了对项目团队所开发的酒店管理系统进行研究，以最小的代价，在最短的时间内确定的项目的可行性。

经过对此项目进行详细的市场调查研究，初步拟定系统的实现方案，对软件开发中将要面临的问题及解决方案进行初步的设计及合理的安排，明确开发风险以及可能带来的经济效益。

Afterthisprojectonthemarketresearch,adetailedschemeofthepreliminaryplansystemofsoftwaredevelopment,willfacetheproblemsandsolutionsforpreliminarydesignandrationalarrangementofriskandpossible,bringeconomicbenefits.

1.3定义（Definition）

C/S：

Client/Server结构，即客户机和服务器结构。

它是软件系统体系结构，通过它可以充分利用两端硬件环境的优势，将任务合理分配到Client端和Server端来实现，降低了系统的通讯开销。

目前大多数应用软件系统都是Client/Server形式的两层结构，由于现在的软件应用系统正在向分布式的Web应用发展，Web和Client/Server应用都可以进行同样的业务处理，应用不同的模块共享逻辑组件；因此，内部的和外部的用户都可以访问新的和现有的应用系统，通过现有应用系统中的逻辑可以扩展出新的应用系统。

B/S：

Browser/Server结构，即浏览器和服务器结构。

它是随着Internet技术的兴起，对C/S结构的一种变化或者改进的结构。

在这种结构下，用户工作界面是通过WWW浏览器来实现，极少部分事务逻辑在前端（Browser）实现，但是主要事务逻辑在服务器端（Server）实现，形成所谓三层结构。

经济可行性——估计开发费用以及从开发成功的系统中所获得的收入或利益，衡量比较支出的费用和收入的利益。

技术可行性——分析功能、性能以及限制条件，能否是一个技术上可以实现的系统。

法律可行性——明确系统开发可能导致的责任，有无违法问题。

不同的方案——对系统开发的各种方案进行评价。

C/S:

Theeconomicfeasibilityofdevelopingcostestimatefromthedevelopmentofthesystemandthesuccessofincomeorinterest,measuretheexpensesandcomparetheinterestincome.

Technicalfeasibilityanalysisfunction,performanceandconstraints,whetherisatechnologycanrealizethesystem.

Legalfeasibility,clearsystemdevelopmentmaycauseproblems,orillegal.

2可行性研究的前提（Premise）

2.1要求（Requirements）

本系统为管理者提供了完整的管理平台，使得酒店管理工作系统化、规范化、自动化。

2.1.1功能（Function）

本系统主要提供六大功能，分别是：

包间及点菜管理、客房管理、人事管理、账务管理、内部通讯管理、查询打印。

2.1.2性能（Performance）

性价比要比较实在；稳定性要高；系统要安全可靠。

2.1.3输入说明（InputExplain）

a.数据的类型：

对各种数据要规定各种不同的精确定义。

b.数据的组织：

对数据的组织形式要给出明确的定义，并且能符合系统的开发需求。

2.1.4输出说明（OutputExplain）

a.特征：

对数据的输出要准确；输出的界面要友善并且美观。

b.用途：

满足客户的需求并能考虑到今后的需求。

c.分发对象：

分为三个级别：

技术人员级别、经理级别、普通管理员级别。

2.1.5处理流程及数据流程的形式（TreatmentProcessandDataFlow）

用图表的形式表示最基本的数据流程和处理流程，并辅之以叙述。

2.1.6安全与保密（SecurityandConfidentiality）

a.登录安全：

管理员按照不同的权限登录，必须要有口令和密码。

b.数据库安全：

数据库必须要实现备份。

c.对数据操作的安全：

对数据作修改时要设置提示，是否确认修改。

c.Datamanipulationsecurity:

2.1.7相关联的系统（RelevantSystems）

餐饮管理系统、桑拿管理系统、旅游管理系统、宾馆管理系统。

2.1.8完成期限（Deadline）

2010年12月31号之前。

2.2目标（Target）

2.2.1登录界面、系统界面（LoginScreenandSystemInterface）

所有登录用户可以通过此模块注册一个账号，修改登录密码。

这一模块还要完成美化，使得界面友善、美观、大方。

2.2.2包间及点菜管理（BalconyandOrderManagement）

这部分模块可以实现对包间的管理以及点菜。

拥有餐饮管理权限的操作者可以通过此功能添加、修改，或者删除餐饮信息，正在使用的信息系统会提示。

2.2.3客房管理（RoomManagement）

这部分模块可以实现根据房间号、房间类型、价格、位置等信息，实现添加、修改、删除等功能。

如果酒店新加客房种类，可以通过此功能模块添加到系统中，某种类型不再使用，也可以通过此功能模块将其删除。

另外还可以查询到客房历史入住情况，对客户总消费进行累计，到达一定要求，系统会自动给客户提升等级来对客户消费进行打折。

2.2.4人事管理（PersonnelManagement）

经理或者管理员可以通过此功能来实现对管理酒店员工的基本信息进行管理。

而拥有添加用户权利的人员可以通过此功能模块添加系统使用用户，以及对已经不再使用的用户进行删除，休假的用户进行停用等操作。

超级管理员可以通过此功能添加系统的使用用户的类型，修改某种用户类型所拥有的操作权限，对不再使用的类型进行清除等操作。

2.2.5财务管理（FinancialManagement）

账务管理主要是处理酒店的日常的账务报表，有收入报表（前台收入明细表、现付收入明细表）、消费报表、顾客账务（住房账务、离店客人账务各跑单账务）、信用卡报表、联网消费、酒店总表。

通过这部分模块的管理，可以实现账务管理、账务审核、人事工资管理；为客人提供现金、礼券和信用卡等多种付款方式，甚至免单处理；为酒店进行日结算等功能。
