三、although,unless与sothat1.Although是从属连词，意思是“尽管，虽然”，可用于句首或句中。
Although的意思和but相近，但在同一个句子中although和but不同时出现。
Althoughthere’sstillalonewaytogo,we’dbettercontinuetotheend.AlthoughtheForbiddenCityisalmost600yearsold,itisstillverybeautiful.2.Unless意思是“如果不，除非”。
引导条件状语从句。
用来引出例外情况，它相当于“ifnot”。
unless引导的条件状语从句常用一般现在时表示将来。
例1:
除非邀请你否则别进来。

除非他来,我们不可能去。
Unlesshecomes,wewon'tbeabletogo.3.sothat引导目的状语从句时，表示“以便；为了”，从句中常使用can/could/may/might/will/would/should等情态动词或助动词；例1：

1）so＋形容词或副词＋that...引导的肯定的结果状语从句，意思是“如此......以致于......”。
