1.WARANTY–VOYAGE–CARGO.Thevessel,classedasspecifiedinPartIhereof,andtobesomaintainedduringthecurrencyofthisCharter,shall,withallconvenientdispatch,proceedasorderedtoLoadingPort（s）namedinaccordancewithClause4hereof,orsonearthereuntoasshemaysafely（alwaysafloat）,andbeingseaworthy,andhavingallpipes,pumpsandheatercoilsingoodworkingorder,andbeingineveryrespectfittedforthevoyage,sofarastheforegoingconditionscanbeattainedbytheexerciseofduediligence,perilsoftheseaandanyothercauseofwhatsoeverkindbeyondtheOwner’sand/orMaster’scontrolexcepted,shallload（alwaysafloat）,fromthefactorsoftheChartererafullandcompletecargoofpetroleumand/oritsproductsinbulk,notexceedingwhatshecanreasonablystowandcarryoverandaboveherbunkerfuel,consumablestores,boilerfeed,culinaryanddrinkingwaterandcomplementandtheireffects（sufficientspacetobeleftinthetankstoprovidefortheexpansionofthecargo）,andbeingsoloadedshallforthwithproceed,asorderedonsigningBillsofLading,directtotheDischargingPort（s）,orsonearthereuntoasshemaysafelyget（alwaysafloat）,anddeliversaidcargo.IfheatingofthecargoisrequestedbytheCharterer,theOwnershallexerciseduediligencetomaintainthetemperaturesrequested.

2.FREIGHT.FreightshallbeattheratestipulatedinPartIandshallbecomputedonintakequantity（exceptdeadefreightasperClause3）asshownontheInspector’sCertificateofInspection.PaymentoffreightshallbemadebyChartererwithoutdiscountupondeliveryofcargoatdestination,lessanydisbursementsoradvancesmadetotheMasterorOwner’sagentsatportsofloadingand/ordischargeandcostofinsurancethereon.Nodeductionoffreightshallbemadeforwaterand/orsedimentcontainedinthecargo.TheservicesofthePetroleumInspectorshallbearrangedandpaidforbytheChartererwhoshallfurnishtheOwnerwithacopyoftheInspector’sCertificate.

3.DEADFREIGHT.ShouldtheChartererfailtosupplyafullcargo,thevesselmay,attheMaster’soption,andshall,uponrequestoftheCharterer,proceedonhervoyage,providedthatthetanksinwhichcargoisloadedaresufficientlyfilledtoputherinseaworthycondition.Inthateventhowever,deadfreightshallbepaidattheratespecifiedinPartIhereofonthedifferencebetweentheintakequantityandthequantitytheVesselwouldhavecarriedifloadedtoherminimumpermissiblefreeboardforthevoyage.

4.NAMINGLOADINGANDDISCHARGEPORTS

（a）TheCharterershallnametheloadingportorportsatleasttwenty-four（24）priortotheVessel’sreadinesstosailfromthelastpreviousportofdischarge,orfrombunkeringportforthevoyage,oruponsingingthisCharteriftheVesselhasalreadysailed.However,CharterershallhavetheoptionoforderingtheVesseltothefollowingdestinationforwirelessorders:

（b）IflawfulandconsistentwithPartIandwiththeBillsofLadingtheCharterershallhavetheoptionofnominatingadischargingportorportsbyradiototheMasteronorbeforetheVessel’sarrivalatoroffthefollowingplaces:

（c）Anyextraexpenseincurredinconnectionwithanychangeinloadingordischargingports（sonamed）shallbepaidforbytheChratererandanytimetherebylosttothevesselshallcountausedlaytime.

5.LAYDAYS.LaytimeshallnotcommencebeforethedatestipulatedinPartI,exceptwiththeCharterer’ssanction.ShouldtheVesselnotbereadytoloadby4:

00o’clockP.M.（localtime）onthecancellingdatestipulatedinPartItheCharterershallhavetheoptionofcancellingthisCharterbygivingOwnernoticeofsuchcancellationwithintwenty-four（24）hoursaftersuchcancellationdate;

otherwisethisChartertoremaininfullforceandeffect.

6.NOTICEOFREADINESS.Uponarrivalatcustomaryanchorageateachportofloadingordischarge,theMasterorhisagentshallgivetheChartererorhisagentnoticebyletter,telegraph,wirelessortelephonethattheVesselisreadytoloadordischargecargo,berthornoberthandlaytime,ashereinafterprovided,shallcommenceupontheexpirationofsix（6）hoursafterreceiptofsuchnotice,orupontheVessel’sarrivalinberth（i.e,finishedmooringwhenatasealoadingordischargingterminalandallfastwhenloadingordischargingalongsideawharf）,whicheverfirstoccurs.However,wheredelayiscausedtoVesselgettingintoberthaftergivingnoticeofreadinessforanyreasonoverwhichChar
