1.WARANTY–VOYAGE–CARGO.Thevessel,classedasspecifiedinPartIhereof,andtobesomaintainedduringthecurrencyofthisCharter,shall,withallconvenientdispatch,proceedasorderedtoLoadingPort(s)namedinaccordancewithClause4hereof,orsonearthereuntoasshemaysafely(alwaysafloat),andbeingseaworthy,andhavingallpipes,pumpsandheatercoilsingoodworkingorder,andbeingineveryrespectfittedforthevoyage,sofarastheforegoingconditionscanbeattainedbytheexerciseofduediligence,perilsoftheseaandanyothercauseofwhatsoeverkindbeyondtheOwner’sand/orMaster’scontrolexcepted,shallload(alwaysafloat),fromthefactorsoftheChartererafullandcompletecargoofpetroleumand/oritsproductsinbulk,notexceedingwhatshecanreasonablystowandcarryoverandaboveherbunkerfuel,consumablestores,boilerfeed,culinaryanddrinkingwaterandcomplementandtheireffects(sufficientspacetobeleftinthetankstoprovidefortheexpansionofthecargo),andbeingsoloadedshallforthwithproceed,asorderedonsigningBillsofLading,directtotheDischargingPort(s),orsonearthereuntoasshemaysafelyget(alwaysafloat),anddeliversaidcargo.IfheatingofthecargoisrequestedbytheCharterer,theOwnershallexerciseduediligencetomaintainthetemperaturesrequested.
2.FREIGHT.FreightshallbeattheratestipulatedinPartIandshallbecomputedonintakequantity(exceptdeadefreightasperClause3)asshownontheInspector’sCertificateofInspection.PaymentoffreightshallbemadebyChartererwithoutdiscountupondeliveryofcargoatdestination,lessanydisbursementsoradvancesmadetotheMasterorOwner’sagentsatportsofloadingand/ordischargeandcostofinsurancethereon.Nodeductionoffreightshallbemadeforwaterand/orsedimentcontainedinthecargo.TheservicesofthePetroleumInspectorshallbearrangedandpaidforbytheChartererwhoshallfurnishtheOwnerwithacopyoftheInspector’sCertificate.
3.DEADFREIGHT.ShouldtheChartererfailtosupplyafullcargo,thevesselmay,attheMaster’soption,andshall,uponrequestoftheCharterer,proceedonhervoyage,providedthatthetanksinwhichcargoisloadedaresufficientlyfilledtoputherinseaworthycondition.Inthateventhowever,deadfreightshallbepaidattheratespecifiedinPartIhereofonthedifferencebetweentheintakequantityandthequantitytheVesselwouldhavecarriedifloadedtoherminimumpermissiblefreeboardforthevoyage.
4.NAMINGLOADINGANDDISCHARGEPORTS
(a)TheCharterershallnametheloadingportorportsatleasttwenty-four(24)priortotheVessel’sreadinesstosailfromthelastpreviousportofdischarge,orfrombunkeringportforthevoyage,oruponsingingthisCharteriftheVesselhasalreadysailed.However,CharterershallhavetheoptionoforderingtheVesseltothefollowingdestinationforwirelessorders:

(b)IflawfulandconsistentwithPartIandwiththeBillsofLadingtheCharterershallhavetheoptionofnominatingadischargingportorportsbyradiototheMasteronorbeforetheVessel’sarrivalatoroffthefollowingplaces:

(c)Anyextraexpenseincurredinconnectionwithanychangeinloadingordischargingports(sonamed)shallbepaidforbytheChratererandanytimetherebylosttothevesselshallcountausedlaytime.
5.LAYDAYS.LaytimeshallnotcommencebeforethedatestipulatedinPartI,exceptwiththeCharterer’ssanction.ShouldtheVesselnotbereadytoloadby4:
00o’clockP.M.(localtime)onthecancellingdatestipulatedinPartItheCharterershallhavetheoptionofcancellingthisCharterbygivingOwnernoticeofsuchcancellationwithintwenty-four(24)hoursaftersuchcancellationdate;
otherwisethisChartertoremaininfullforceandeffect.
6.NOTICEOFREADINESS.Uponarrivalatcustomaryanchorageateachportofloadingordischarge,theMasterorhisagentshallgivetheChartererorhisagentnoticebyletter,telegraph,wirelessortelephonethattheVesselisreadytoloadordischargecargo,berthornoberthandlaytime,ashereinafterprovided,shallcommenceupontheexpirationofsix(6)hoursafterreceiptofsuchnotice,orupontheVessel’sarrivalinberth(i.e,finishedmooringwhenatasealoadingordischargingterminalandallfastwhenloadingordischargingalongsideawharf),whicheverfirstoccurs.However,wheredelayiscausedtoVesselgettingintoberthaftergivingnoticeofreadinessforanyreasonoverwhichChar
