场地租赁合同

一、甲乙双方经友好协商，就________________________租赁服务达成以下协议：

1.租用时间、地点、租金

二、工作程序

甲方签署本协议并在乙方按约支付款后，将在约定时间、地点及所商定的标准为乙方提供一系列服务。

三、双方责任

1．甲方责任：

　　甲方严格按照乙方的要求进行会场留存及布置，不得擅自改变地点或场次。

甲方若需变更地点，须提前_____日通知乙方，取得乙方同意；若甲方擅自取消租赁，甲方须支付与预付款等额的违约金。

2．乙方责任：

　　①乙方在预定后，如因乙方的原因取消租用场地，乙方向甲方支付预付款等额的违约金；甲方直接在已收的预付款中抵扣。

　　②乙方若需变更时间或场地，需提前________日通知甲方，甲方在安排许可的情况下做出调整并收取总价款________%的金额作为违约金，若甲方不能调整时间、场地导致乙方取消本协议，按本条第一款执行；

　　③租用期间若乙方将设施、设备、低值易耗品等损坏，乙方须照价赔偿.

　　④乙方逾期支付租金，每逾期一日，向甲方支付总价款万分之________的违约金；逾期超过________日，每日向甲方支付总价款万分之五的违约金。

四、结算方式

　　支票、汇票。

五、合同的终止

　　合同的终止：

当甲方、乙方遇到不可抗力发生，则允许一方提出终止合同而不必承担违约责任。

六、管辖

　　因本协议发生纠纷，由双方协商解决，协商不成，由甲方所在地法院诉讼方式解决。

　　以上条款如有未尽事宜，双方可协商解决。

本协议书一式两份，承租方、租赁方各持一份。

本协议书由双方代表签字盖章后即可生效。

2. Procedures

3. Mutualresponsibilities

1.PartyA:

PartyBstrictlyinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthevenueandlayoutretainedwithoutchangingthelocationorscreening.PartyForChangelocationsshallbe_____daysadvancenoticetoPartyB,PartyBagreestoobtain;ifcanceltheleasewithoutPartyA,PartyAshallpaythepenaltyandprepaymentsequal.

Termination:

Disputesarisingfromthisagreementbythepartiesthroughconsultation,negotiationfails,localcourtproceedingsbythepartytoresolve.

Theaboveconditionsaresubjecttooutstandingissues,bothpartiescanberesolvedthroughconsultation.

ThisAgreementinduplicate,thelessee,leasingoneforeachside.ThisAgreementissignedandsealedbytherepresentativesofbothpartiestotakeeffect.
