二、TheDevelopmentofWindPowerIndustryafterChina'sPolicyProtectionandSimpleSummary
（一）WindPowerInstalledCapacity
Thewindpowerinstalledcapacityisameasureoftheoveralldevelopmentofwindpowerindustry.ThispaperisbasedonthereportofthedevelopmentofChina'swindpowerfrom2011to2014,andsummarizestheabsolutequantityandchangingquantityofwindpowerinstalledcapacityofwindpowerindustryinChina.China'swindpowerinstalledcapacitystatisticsreportofCWEA（ChineseWindEnergyAssociation）isthemaindatasource.Unfortunatelywelackthewindpowerinstalledcapacitystatisticsreportfrom1999to2005,2007and2011.Herewedonotmakethe1999~2014yeardataintoacontinuousdatagraph,becausethenumericaldivisiononthelongitudinalaxisofstatisticalmapsofwindpowerinstalledmachinecapacityChina'swindpowerinstalledcapacitystatisticsreportofeachyearonCWEAisnotthesame.ButthesefactorsdonothaveaneffectonanalysingthedevelopmentofthewindpowerindustryinChinaaftertheimplementationofpolicyprotection.
Analysis:
fromtheabovechartwecansee,theincreasequantityofinstalledcapacityofwindpowerisfluctuating,thecumulativequantityofinstalledcapacityshowsatrendofincreasingyearbyyear.Wealsofoundthatthedataofthesameyearindifferentreportshaveerrors,thisisbecausethethestatisticsiscorrectedbasedontheactualsituationovertheyears.
（二）TheCapacityoftheWindTurbine
Theunitcapacityofthewindturbineisacommonindextomeasurethetechnicallevelofthewindpowermanufacturingindustry.Atthesametimeitisalsoameasureindicatorofthewindpowerindustry’sindependentinnovationability.Inthispaper,wefindatrendchartoftheunitmachinecapacityofthewindpowerinstalledinChinafrom2005to2010.
Analysis:
