【知识梳理1】

Although/though

E.g.Although/thoughheistired,hestillfinisheshisworkontime.

虽然他很累，但仍然按时完成了工作。

让步状语从句中不可再使用but等并列连词，但可以用yet，still等连接副词来加强语气。

（1）结果状语从句由so+adj./adv.…that/such+a/an+adj+n+that引导。

表示“如此……以至于…”

e.g.这位女子如此美以至于人人都爱她。

【例题精讲】

1．她说话如此地快竟然没有人听出来她在讲什么。

（2）结果状语从句和too……todo（太···而不能····）以enough+形容词/副词+todo（足够的···可以···）的转换。

1.so...that与enoughtodosth.转换。

例如：

HewassocleverthathecanunderstandwhatIsaid.→HewascleverenoughtounderstandwhatIsaid.

2.so...that与“enoughforsb.todosth.的替换。

例如：

3.so...that与too...to的替换。

例如：

4.当that从句是否定时，如果要用“too...to...”替换“so...that...”，则用介词for引出动词不定式的逻辑主语，可以用“too...forsb.todosth.”来替换，注意不定式的宾语要省略。
