　　459.Anyamendmentofthecontractshallcometoforceonlyafterthewrittenagreementissignedbybothof

　　468.Ifyoufailtomakethedeliverytenweekslaterthanthetimeofshipmentstipulatedinthecontract,weshallhavetherighttocancelthe

　　469.Ifbothpartiesdonotagreetorenewthecontractatitsexpiration,itwillautomaticallybecome

　　void.如果期限一到，双方不想再续约，合约就会自动无效。

　　470.Ifyouwanttoterminatethecontractbeforeitstermsisup,youshouldnotifyusofitscancellationsixmonth

　　before.如果贵方想在期满之前终止合约，必须在6个月之前通知我方。
