点评约谈培训结合模式控制药占比的成效评价
点评、约谈、培训结合模式控制药占比的成效评价
摘要:
目的探讨点评、约谈、培训结合模式对控制药占比的促进作用。
方法每月选取药占比超标在前的1-2个临床科室,每科抽取20~30份出院病历,进行用药合理性点评;医院合理用药点评小组根据用药点评结果,约谈临床科室主任与诊疗组长,共同商定下一季度药占比控制目标;针对主要不合理用药现象,医院每半年组织一次针对性培训。
结果共集中点评并约谈12个临床科室;针对性开展用药培训2次;干预前后三个月,药占比超标均值由8.7下降到4.0,具有显著统计学意义。
结论点评、约谈、培训结合模式能有效降低药占比,切实降低患者的医疗费用。

Abstract:
ObjectiveToinvestigatethereviews,interviews,combinedwiththetrainingmodetocontroltherateofdrugpromotion.MethodsSelectmonthlydrugproportionexceedthestandardtopthreeclinicaldepartments,eachdepartmentfrom20to30hospitalmedicalrecords,medicationrationalitycomments;rationaluseofdrugsinthehospitalreviewgroupaccordingtothemedicationreviewresults,interviewswithclinicaldepartmentdirectorandtreatmentgroup,agreedthenextquarterratioofdrugcontrolobjectives;aimingatthephenomenonofirrationaldrugusethehospital,everysixmonthstoorganizeatargetedtraining.ResultThetotalconcentrationofcommentsandinterviewed12clinicaldepartmentstocarryouttargetedtraining;medication2times;beforeandaftertheintervention,theratioofdrugexceedthestandardmeandecreasedfrom8.7to4,therewasastatisticallysignificant.ConclusionReviews,interviews,combinedwiththetrainingmodecaneffectivelyreducetheproportionofthedrug,andeffectivelyreducethemedicalcostsofthepatients.
