inspiring可做定语“激励人的”

(2)引起,产生

(3)给予启发、灵感

inspired作定语,意思为“富于灵感的”“由别人授意而写的”
aninspiredartist/speech富有灵感的艺术家/由别人授意而写的发言稿

It为形式主语,that引导的为主语从句,类似动词还有:
report,hope,know,think,believe,suppose等。
It’sreportedthatafirebrokeoutinthevillagelastnight.据报道昨晚那个村庄发生了火灾。
It’shopedthathe’lltakeupmedicine.他们希望他从医。
It’sknownthattheprojectwillhavebeencompletedbytheendofnextyear.
大家知道这个工程将在年底前完成。
It’sbelievedthattheboywaslostintheaccident.人们认为这孩子在那事故中失踪了。
It’sthoughtthatthedirectorisproducinganewfilm.人们以为那个导演在拍一部新的电影。
除了hope所在的句子外,其它都可以转化为:
(sb./sth.)issaid/reported/known/thought/believedtodo/be/bedoing/havedone….,根据动作未发生(一般情况)、正在发生及已经发生来选用动词不定式的一般式、进行式和完成式。
如上面几句(除hope外)可以转化为:
Afireisreportedtohavebrokenoutinthevillagelastnight.
Theprojectisknowntobecompletedbytheendofofnextweek.
Theboyisbelievedtobelostintheaccident.
Thedirectoristhoughttobeproducinganewfilm.
5.Forwomenitseemstwiceasdifficult(asformen).对妇女来说这比男人要困难一倍。
这里我们复习一下表示倍数关系的三个句式:
(1)倍数+as+形容词、副词的原级+as(表示“是……的几倍”)
Iloveyoutwiceasmuchashim.我爱你胜过爱他。
(是爱他的两倍)
Iloveyoutwiceasmuchashe(does).我爱你胜过他爱你。
(是他爱你的两倍)
Theroomisthreetimesaslargeasthatone.这房间是那个房间的三倍大。
(2)倍数+比较级+than(表示“比…..几倍”)
Myhouseistwicefartherawayfromtheschoolthanhis.我家离开学校比他家离学校远两倍。
(3)倍数+the+名词(size/width/length/height/depth/price/weight/distance)+of…..
(表示“是…..的几倍”)
Myhouseisthreetimesthedistancefromtheschoolthanhis.(意思与上句一样)
“你的体重是这小孩的三倍。
”这个句子有下列几种表达:
