selfdevelopmentneedsistomeetandadapttothesocietyneedsasthegoal,eveniftheirACTStheroleofsocialroleinpileofChina'

ssocialistmodernizationandplaytheroleingettingsocialrecognition.Collegestudentsshouldmeetandadapttotheneedsofsociety,ofcourse,isnotthelackofsocialadaptationability.So,cultivatingthestudents'

Duetothedifferentsocialadaptationabilityindifferentsocieties,collegestudentsenvironmentoftheactivitiesthatalwaysplayadifferentrole,producedifferenteffect.Contemporarycollegestudents'

socialadaptationabilitycultivationandformalwaysreceiveitselfcontainscontentsandinvolvesthevariousfactorsandrestraint.Innumerousfactors,producesignificantinfluencemainlyinthefollowingaspects:

1.Environmentalfactors

Environmentmeansaroundpeoplearoundintheobjectiveworld,itincludesnaturalenvironmentandsocialenvironment,environmentalimpactandrestrictsthetalentedperson'

sgrowth.Socialenvironmentistalentofsoil,itisgrowing,alargecomplicatedsystemofcontemporarycollegestudents'
