质量控制陈述

StatementofQualityControlintheTestingLaboratoriesof

1、CNI22苏丹项目部试验室的检测人员应具备相关的岗位技能及持有检测资格证书,方可上岗。

1.ThetestingpersonnelinthetestinglaboratoriesofCNI22SudanProjectOfficeshallhaverelevantprofessionalskillsandholdthetestingqualificationcertificate.

2、CNI22苏丹项目部试验室,在苏丹喀北电厂三期工程施工中,对工程所用的原材料,要做到及时有效的检测。

2.AllrawmaterialsnecessaryfortheexecutionofKhartoumNorthPowerStation-PhaseIIIProjectshallbetestedtimelyandeffectivelyinthetestinglaboratoriesofCNI22SudanProjectOffice.

2.1在原材料进场后及时通知监理及其它相关单位,严格按中国标准规定的取样方法进行现场取样,并做好见证取样签字程序。

2.1.Afterthemobilizationofrawmaterials,informtheSupervisionCompanyandotherorganizationsconcerned,carryouton-sitesamplinginstrictaccordancewiththesamplingmethodsspecifiedbytheChinastandards,andcomplywiththewitnesssamplingsignatureprocedures.

2.2没有经过检测和检测不合格的原材料,严禁在工程中使用。

2.2Therawmaterialsthathavenotbeentestedorarenon-conformingshallnotbeusedduringtheexecutionofproject.

2.3在原材料的存放处设置待检（待用）、已检（准用）标识牌。

2.3Suchidentificationmarksof“Tobetested（Tobeused）andTested（Usepermitted）”shallbeinstalledatthestorageplacesofrawmaterials.

3、现场混凝土搅拌站在混凝土生产过程中,严格按混凝土配合比中的材料用量进行配制生产,并及时做到对混凝土的坍落度以及其它相关技术要求的检测，对不合格的混凝土不允许出站,要及时做好混凝土试件的取样工作,并按相关要求做好检测记录。

3.Concreteshallbepreparedandproducedinstrictaccordancewiththematerialusagespecifiedintheconcretemixproportionattheon-siteconcretemixingstation.Testsofslumpingandothertechnicalspecificationsshallbecarriedouttimely.Non-conformingconcreteshallnotbeallowedfordelivery.Itisrequiredtoperformsamplingworkofconcretespecimensandmaketestingrecordsaccordingtorelevantspecifications.

4、在原材料试验过程中,对原材料的检测严格执行中国标准,严格按中国标准中所规定的检测要求,进行原材料的试验,检测数据要做到真实、有效并做好相关的原始记录。

4.TestsofrawmaterialsshallbecarriedoutinstrictaccordancewithChinastandardsandexaminationsshallbeperformedaccordingtothetestingrequirementsspecifiedbyChinastandards.Testingdatashallbetrueandeffectivewithrelevantoriginalrecordsmade.

1目的

1Purpose

为规范CNI22苏丹项目部试验室,在工程施工中，对进场原材料、回填土、混凝土、砂浆等进行标准取样

2适用范围

本程序适用于CNI22苏丹项目部试验室，在苏丹喀北电厂三期工程施工中，对进场原材料、回填土、混凝土、砂浆试验的取样。

ThisProcedureisapplicabletothesamplingofrawmaterials,backfilling,concreteandmortarinthetestinglaboratoriesofCNI22SudanProjectOfficeduringtheexecutionofKhartoumNorthPowerStation-PhaseIIIProject.

3原材料取样方法

3.1卵石取样方法

3.1Samplingmethodofpebbles

在料堆上取样时，取样部位应均匀分布。

取样前先将取样部位表层铲除，然后从不同部位抽取大致等量的石子15份（在料堆的顶部、中部和底部均匀分布的15个不同部位取得）组成一组样品，样品不少于40Kg，每500吨样品取样不少于一次。

Whilesamplingfromstockpiles,samplinglocationsshallbeuniformlydistributed.Sweepawaythesurfacelayerofsamplinglocationsbeforesampling,andthendrawout15approximatelyequiponderantpebblesfromdifferentlocations（obtainedfrom15differentlocationsuniformlydistributedatthetop,middleandbottomofthestockpiles）toformagroupofsampleswhichshallnotbelessthan40Kgandsamplingshallnotbelessthanonetimeforevery500tsamples.

3.2砂取样方法

3.2Samplingmethodofsand

在料堆上取样时，取样部位应均匀分布。

取样前先将取样部位表层铲除，然后从不同部位抽取大致相等量的8份（在料堆的顶部、中部和底部均匀分布的8个不同部位取得），组成一组样品，样品不少于20Kg，每500吨样品取样不少于一次。

Whilesamplingofsackedflyash,itisrequiredtodrawoutthesamplesnotlessthan12Kgfromnofewthan20bagstoformagroupofsamples,andthenuniformlydividethesamplesintotwoparts,ofwhichonepartshallbetestedaccordingtothespecificationsofGB/T17671-1999,andtheotheroneshallbesealedandkeptforthreemonths.Samplingshallnotbelessthanonetimeforevery200tsamples.

3.5钢筋取样方法

3.5.1热轧钢筋（光圆、带肋、圆盘条）：

每一验收批中，取试样一组（3根），做拉伸试验。

3.5.1Hotrolledreinforcedbars（plain,ribbedandroundcoiledbars）:

Takeonegroupofsamples（3pieces）fromeachacceptancelottocarryouttensiletest.

a试件应从两根钢筋中截取，每根钢筋去掉端头500mm后，截取3根做拉伸试件。

a.Testspecimensshallbecutoutfromtwopiecesofbars.Eachonewillbecutoff500mmfromtheendheadandthentake3piecesfortensiletest.

b拉伸试件长度：

5d＋200mm。

带肋钢筋尽量切取有标志部分的钢筋。

b.Lengthoftensiletestspecimens:

5d＋200mm.Ribbedsteelbarsshouldbecutfromtheindicatedbarsasfaraspossible.

c热轧钢筋原材料检验应以每60t为一验收批，不足60t时，亦按一验收批计。

c.Rawmaterialsofhotrolledsteelbarsshallbesubjectto60tasoneacceptancelot.Ifitislessthan60t,itshallalsobecountedasonelot.

3.5.2钢筋闪光对焊接头：

同一台班内（或一周之内累计），由同一焊工完成的300个同级别、同直径钢筋焊接接头作为一个验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个试件做拉伸试验。

3.5.2Resistanceflashweldofsteelbars:

300weldedjointsofsteelbarsofsamegradeandsamediameterthatwereperformedbythesamewelderwithinthesamemachineshift（oraccumulatedwithinoneweek）shallbetakenasoneacceptancelot,fromwhich3testspecimenscutoffatrandomshallbeperformedoftensiletest.

3.5.3钢筋电渣压力焊接头：

以每一楼层或施工区段中300个同级别钢筋作为一验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个试件做拉伸试验。

3.5.3Electro-slagpressureweldedjointofsteelbars:

300same-gradesteelbarsateachfloororconstructionsectionshallbetakenasoneacceptancelot,fromwhich3testspecimenscutoffatrandomshallbeperformedoftensiletest.

3.5.4钢筋电弧焊接头：

以300根同接头型式、同钢筋级别的接头作为一验收批，从每批接头中，随机切取3个接头做拉抻试验。

300jointsofsametypeandsamegradeofsteelbarsshallbetakenasoneacceptancelot,fromwhich3testspecimenscutoffatrandomshallbeperformedoftensiletest.
