炉膛前后拱上布置二次风装置,加强炉内空气动力场,有助于生物质燃料的燃烧。
前拱下布置阴燃风管。
锅炉尾部竖井中布置有钢管式省煤器和管式空气预热器。
锅炉的出渣设备采用刮板出渣机。
DHL10-7.0-AII、Tissub-HP,singledrum,naturalcirculationboiler,withdoortypelayout.Theboilerisequippedwithalayeredcoalfeederandacombustionsystemwithclockwiserotationbeamtypetravellinggrate.Theinsideoffurnaceisfullyinstalledwithwaterwalltubes.Secondaryairdevicesareinstalledonbothfrontandrearfurnacewallstoreinforceairdynamicfieldinsidethefurnace,andhelpcombustionofbiomassfuel.Smolderingairductisinstalledunderthefrontfurnacewall.Steelcoileconomizerandtubetypeairpre-heaterareinstalledinsidethesiloattherearpartoftheboiler.Slagscrapingdeviceisusedforslagdischarge.

2.2烘炉目的PurposeofDrying
锅炉炉墙砌筑完工后,炉墙中含有一定的水分,在锅炉投入运行前,要将水分烘干,使其性能稳定,防止以后锅炉长期运行过程中炉墙产生裂纹和变形脱落。
Afterthecompletionoftheboilerfurnacewallmasonry,acertainamountofmoisturecontainsinthefurnacewall,themoistureshallberemovedbeforetheboilerisinoperation,toensureboiler’sstableperformance,andpreventfuturecracksanddeformation,sheddingduringlongtermrunning.
2.3烘炉范围及方法Dryingrangeandmethod
2.3.1烘炉主要包括如下范围:

炉膛两侧墙、前后炉拱及炉内耐火混凝土;
Wallonbothsideoffurnace,frontandrealarch,refractorybrickwithinfurnace
炉膛出口处耐火混凝土;
Refractorycementatfurnaceoutlet
炉外矾土水泥耐火混凝土。

2.3.2烘炉方法Boilerdryingmethod
拟采用如下方法进行烘炉:

第一步:
低温阶段采用木材在有耐火混凝土的部位进行烘烤;
Firststep:
woodisburnedtodrythesectorswithrefractoryconcreteduringlowtemperaturestage
第二步:
结合锅炉点火,在燃旺木材基础上适当加煤,间断启停风机,进行烟气烘炉;
Secondstep:
inadditiontoboilerfiring,coalisaddedtoflamingwoodwithregularlystartandshutoffantoprovideexhaustfordrying.
第三步;
结合煮炉及吹管进行高温阶段的烘炉。
ThirdStep:
Withcombinationofboil-outandsteamflushingtocarryouthightemperaturedryingstage.
2.4烘炉前应具备的条件prerequisitefordrying
2.4.1锅炉本体炉墙砌筑工作已完成,耐火浇注料已超过72小时养护期。

2.4.2锅炉本体设备安装完毕,水压试验完成。
Boilerproperequipmentsareinstalledwithcompletionofwaterpressuretest.
2.4.3各疏水、排气管路已连接完成。
Connectionsofdrainagepipe,exhaustpipehavebeencompleted
2.4.4风烟系统中的温度及压力测点均安装校验完毕,烟风挡板可以操作并检查验收完,风机试运结束。
Airandsmokesystem‘stemperatureandpressuremeasuringpointhasbeensetandchecked,smokescreenisfunctioningandinspected,fantrialoperationisacceptable.
2.4.5汽水系统热控仪表均安装校验完毕,汽水系统阀门检查验收完毕,主汽管道已安装到电动主汽门后。
所有给水泵试运结束,可以随时启动为锅炉上水。
Thermalcontrolinstrumentsforsteamwatersystemareinstalledandverified,valvesforsteamwatersystemarechecked.Mainstempipeisconnectedtomainelectricvalve.Allthefeedwaterpumphasbeentestedandreadyforwaterfeedingatanytime.
2.4.6锅炉给水管道、省煤器、上下汽包等部位冲洗结束。
Flushingofwaterpipe,economizer,upperandlowerdrumhasbeencompleted.
2.4.7炉本体密封试验已完成,并达到设计要求。
Boilerproperairtighttesthasbeencompletedandmeetdesignrequirement.
2.4.8在炉墙外部适当位置留出湿汽排出孔,以保证烘炉过程中水蒸气能自由排出。
Adequatemoiststeamoutletisleftoutsidethefurnacewalltoensurevaporcanbefreelydischargedduringdryingprocess.
2.4.9准备足够的除盐水(软化水),除盐水可以供到水箱。
Adequatedemineralizedwater(softwater)shallbeprovidedandsuppliedtofeedwatertank.
2.4.10烘炉准备用干燥木材,木材长度应适宜,应保证可以通过人孔门,加入炉内。
Woodforboilerdryingshallhaveproperlengthandensureitmaypassthemanholeandbeaddedintothefurnace.
2.4.11输煤、除尘及照明设备均安装完毕并经试车合格。
Coalfeeding,ashremoving,andlightingequipmentshavebeeninstalledandtestedfortrialrunning.
2.5烘炉前的准备工作preparationspriortoboilerdrying
2.5.1运行人员按锅炉上水前的要求检查系统。
Systemshallbecheckedbyoperatoraccordingtorequirementsbeforewaterfeeding
2.5.2准备好烘炉用的木材及燃料。
Woodandfuelshallbepreparedforboilerdrying
2.5.3将锅炉烟风道上的人孔、检查孔封闭。
Themanholeandinspectionholeinsmokeductshallbeclosed.
2.5.4参与烘炉人员应熟悉烘炉工艺及锅炉运行规程。
Theparticipantshallbefamiliarwithdryingprocessandboileroperationregulations.
2.6烘炉步骤Stepsforboilerdrying
2.6.1锅炉上水boilerwaterfeed
将处理过的水通过省煤器注入锅炉内,进水温度一般不高于40℃,使锅内水位升至水位表的2/3处,关闭给水阀,观察水位是否降低,检查人孔、手孔盖、法兰接合面及排污有否漏水,如有应拧紧螺栓,关闭阀门。
给水加至正常水位。
加完水后,打开锅筒上的空气阀和循环管阀门,过热器上的空气阀和排汽阀。
Fillthetreatedwaterintotheboilerthrougheconomizerwithfeedwatertemperaturenomorethan40℃,keepboilerwaterlevelat2/3ofthelevelgauge,shutoffthefeedwatervalve,inspectforlevelfall,checkmanhole,hanholecover,flangeconnectionsurfaceanddrainageforleakage,tightenboltifleakageisspotted,shutoffthevalve.Addwatertoitsnormallevel.Afterwaterfeed,opentheairvalveandcycletubevalveondrum,andairvalve,blow-downvalveonsuperheater.
2.6.2木材烘炉dryingwithwood
将木材置于耐火材料处,不要与炉墙接触,把烟道闸板开启1/5-1/6左右,使炉膛保持微负压。
将木材淋上柴油,木材点燃后,小火烘烤,使烟气缓慢流动。
燃烧强度逐渐加大,以炉膛出口烟气温度为准进行调节控制,点燃木材后进行局部烘烤;
通过开关人孔门及烟气挡板开度控制燃烧速率。
Putthewoodneartorefractorymaterial,donottouchfurnacewall,opentheflueshuttertoits1/5to1/6,remainthenegativepressureinfurnace.Sprinkledieseloilontowood,afteritisburned,bakewithsmallfireandkeeptheflueflowslowly.Graduallyincreasethefire,adjustthefirewithreferenceoffluegastemperatureatfurnaceoutlet.Carryoutsectionaldryingwithburnedwood,combustionrateshallbecontrolledwithopeningofmanholeandflueshutter.
2.6.3间断投煤烘炉dryingwithregularlycoalfeeding
2.6.3.1利用给水泵间断为锅炉上水,保持汽包水位正常;
Feedwatertoboilerwithpumpintervaltokeepnormalwaterlevelindrum.
2.6.3.2木柴烘炉二天后逐渐添加煤炭燃烧,间断地开启鼓、引风机,进行机械通风。
调节烟气挡板,维持锅炉微正压运行;
Coalmaybeaddedintofurnaceaftertwoday’swooddrying,regularlystarttheIDfanandFDfantoconductmechanicventilation.Maintainpositivepressureinboilerbyadjustingflueshutter.
2.6.3.3定期移动链条炉排,防止烧坏炉排;
Periodicallymovethetravelgratetopreventburnout.
2.6.3.4按照厂家的要求:
投煤烘炉升温根据炉膛出口处的烟气温度来控制,本锅炉在炉墙砌筑完毕经一般自然干燥期后进行烘炉,第一天温升不超过50℃,以后每天温升不超过20℃,烟温达到150℃以后,保持炉膛出口温度130-150℃之间,最高不超过160℃,连续烘炉48小时,建议烘炉升温曲线(见下图);
Accordingtomanufacturer’srequirements:
