4.3工机具配备Toolspreparation
必须满足现场施工的需要主要是:
小型卷扳机、压边机、电动剪刀、手动拉铆枪机必须的施工工具

4.4材料配备Materialpreparation
通风与空调制作安装的使用的材料、设备,必须有出厂合格证和质量鉴定文件,对制作风管机部件的镀锌钢板材料的表面应光滑、洁净、平整、无锈蚀、无锌层剥落,镀锌层厚度不小于0.02mm,制作角钢圈的材料应等型、均匀
不应有裂纹、气泡、凹凸等质量缺陷

环境要求

4.4.1施工现场设有制作通风管道的加工车间,具备构成加工制作风管、法兰及其附件的能力Thereisnoprocessingworkshopforairductpipingonthesite.Thereisalsonotallowedtomakeairductpiping,flinch
4.4.2车间内备有加工设备、足够的动力和堆场Thereisprocessingequipment,enoughpowerandstorageyardinsideworkshop.
4.4.3暖通设备基础、风管托架基础以及加工制作的风管必须经过验收确认合格后方可安装Inordertoinstallthebaseofheatair-conditioningandairduct,allthematerialsneedstobeinspected.

6.1板材划线下料Panellineationandcutting
风管在划线下料前,应根据设计要求,图纸会审记录、施工验收规范等技术文件,结合现场实测的数据进行核对,以保证尺寸的准确性。

6.2板材机械剪切Panelmechanicalcutting
板材机械剪切时,应精心操作,避免剪切歪料现象,剪后的板件,应做好明显标记。

6.3管件、部件下料加工Thepipeblockandpartsproducing
6.3.1管件的加工Pipeproducing
通风空调的管路系统中,采用的弯头、三通、异径管及来回弯等管件加工的使用材料规格、板材厚度及连接方法等与风管相同。
因各类管件展开下料较为复杂,应认真仔细施工,不得马虎从事。
管件制作对于圆形弯管的弯曲半径(以中心线计)和量少节数应符合设计规定,圆形风管的三通、四通,其夹角为15°~60°夹角允许偏差小于3°。
风管法兰加工时,其内径比内管外径略大于2~3mm,法兰表面应平整,以防止漏风现象。
ThematerialsizeofLbar,tee,reducingfitting,backandforthcurvedmetaltube,thethicknessofthepanelandconnectionmethodinsideventilationair-conditioningpipingsystemshouldbethesamewayasairduct.Thereisbigcomplexwhenworkingonthepipesurplusmaterials,weshouldbeverycarefully,donotslackoffintheconstruction.Whenwemakingthepipe,weshouldconfirmtheradiusofthecurvedcircleairductwithedesigningrequirements.Theinclinationbetweenthreewaypieceandfourwaypieceofcircleairductis15—60degree,errorallowanceshouldbelessthan3degree.Whenweproducingtheairductflange,theinsidediameterisbigger2—3mmoutsidediameter.Thesurfaceoftheflangeshouldbesmoothinordertopreventleakingproblem.
6.3.2通风部件的加工Airductpartsproducing
通风空调工程中的部件包括各种风口、风阀、罩类、风帽及柔性短管等部件、制作加工时,应达到以下优良标准:
Airductunitspartincludeairvent,airvalve,cover,hood,flexibleshorttube,etc,parts.Theyshouldmeetthestandard.
6.3.2.1在打磨成型、包装、二次包装机装袋区域送风口采用可调节风量大小和出风方向的妥思VDL漩流风口,水平园管的回风口采用DGSELF格栅风口。
Duringtheprocessofrubbing,packing,doublepacking,wecanusetheVDL(Tuosi)airventforadjustingthewindtoentranceandexitofthepipe.Forhorizontalcirclepipe,wecanuseDGSELFairvent.
6.3.2.2部件组装,连接应严密紧固,活动应灵活可靠,松紧适度;风口的外观光滑、美观
Toassembleparts,theconnectionshouldbetightening,themovementshouldbefunctionalsafeagility.Theelasticityshouldbesuitable,theappearanceoftheairventshouldbesmoothandartistic.
6.3.2.3风阀制作,阀柄与手柄方向一致,启闭方向明确,多叶阀片叶片贴合,搭接一致,轴距偏差不小于1MM。

6.3.3.4罩类制作:
罩口尺寸偏差每米≤2MM/M,连接处应牢固,无尖锐边缘。

6.3.3.5风帽制作:
尺寸偏差≤2mm/m,形状规整,旋转风帽重心应平衡。

sizeerrorallowanceshouldbelessthan2mm/m,shapeshouldbeclearandneat,thecenterofrotationshouldbebalanced.
6.4机械成形和组对Machineformingandcombination
风管的成形、组对应达到以下标准:

6.4.1风管的外观,应折角平直,圆弧均匀,两端平行,无翘角,表面凹凸不大于5mm,风管与法兰连接牢固,翻边平整,宽度不小于6mm,紧贴法兰。
Theappearanceoftheairductshouldbeanangleofrefractionandflat,thearcshouldbeeven,doubleendshouldbeparallelwithoutwarpedangle.
Theunevennessofthesurfaceshouldnotexcess5mmThejointbetweenairductandflangeshouldbetight.Theedgeshouldbeflat.Thewidthshouldbemorethan6mm,andclosetotheflange.
6.4.2风管法兰的孔距符合设计要求和规范规定,焊接牢固,焊缝处不得设置螺孔,螺孔具备互换性。
Thedistancebetweentheairductandflangeshouldmeetthedesigningrequirements,weldingtightly.Andwecan’tsetthescrewontheweldingseam.Allthescrewscanbeswitchedeachother.
6.4.3风管与配件表面不得有划伤缺陷,不锈钢风管与配件加工和堆放时应避免与锈蚀的碳素钢构件在一起。
Thesurfaceofairductandaccessoriesshouldnothaveanycuttingdefault.Whenproducingandpilingupthestainlesssteelairductandaccessories,shouldseparatewiththerustcarbonsteel.
6.5咬接Joint
本工程风管连接均采用镀锌钢板咬接,咬口缝结合应紧密,不应有半咬口或张裂现象,进直管拼接的纵向咬缝应错开,咬缝宽度应均匀。

6.6风管与法兰组装连接Airductandflangeassemblingandcontecting
风管和法兰制作时,应充分考虑组装连接的配合,为避免与法兰的尺寸产生误差,造成风管与法兰的组困难,风管制作的尺寸应以外径或外边长为准,这样可提高风管和法兰的利用率。

6.7防腐油漆Paintingcorrosionprotection
根据设计要求,对风管的部件进行防腐油漆,刷漆前,应消除表面的灰尘,污垢与锈斑,并保持干燥。
刷漆应使膜均匀,不得有堆积、漏涂、皱纹、气泡、掺杂等现象,支、吊架的防腐处理与风管相一致,其明装部分必须刷面漆,明装系统的最后一遍面漆,宜在安装后涂刷。

6.8安装Installation
6.8.1支、吊架安装Liftingbracketinstallation
风管支、吊架安装是风管系统安装的第一道工序,支、吊架的形式和设置应根据现场支持构件的具体情况、风管的重量,截面大小,施工图纸和规范要求,本着即要保证支架的强度,防止变形支架,又要节约钢材的原则,合理选材设置。
在本项目中,全螺纹螺杆的支吊架形式是不可接受的,端头的螺纹长度应减少到最低限度。
Thebracketandliftingbracketinstallationisthefirstworkingprocedure.Theformandsettingofbracketshouldbebasedofsupportingfixtureonthesite.Theprincipleshouldbesatisfiedofbothsustainingthestrengthtopreventdistortionandsteelsavingwhenweselectthematerialsandsetit.Inthisproject,fullthreadscrewisnotacceptable.Thelengthofheadpointofthethreadshouldbereducingtotheminimum.
对安装好的支吊架的质量要求:
Qualitycontrollingofthebracketinstallation.
预埋件或膨胀螺栓,位置正确,牢固可靠,埋入部分不应刷油漆,并应清除油污;
Whenweconcealbuilt-infittingorexpansionbolt,thepositionshouldbeaccurateandthescrewshouldbefastened.Don’tneedtopainttheconcealingpart,butneedtocleanupthedirt.
悬吊风管应在适当处设置防止摆动的固定点;
Weshouldthesetthefixedpointtopreventshakinginproperplacewhenhangingtheairduct.
支、吊、托架不得设置在风口、阀门、检查孔处,吊架不得直接吊在法兰上;
Thebracket,liftingbracketandbasearenotallowedtosetinfrontofthevent,valve,andinspectionhole.Theliftingbracketisnotallowedtohangontheflange.
安装在支架上的圆形风管,宜设托座,托架用扁钢弯成,风管有保温层的支、吊、托架宜设在保温层外部,不得损坏保温层。
