职位职责：
1.Maintainsthoroughknowledgeofallprocessesandequipment.Responsibleforallprocesses,equipment,employees,safety,andhousekeepingoftheareaandmeetingproductionqualityandquantitystandardsontheshift.
维护整体的工艺与设备。
负责所有的工艺、设备、人员、安全和区域管理，并满足生产质量和本班的质量标准。
2.Maintainsaclose,workingrelationshipwithotherdepartmentstoensureminimumproductiondowntimethroughthetimelyresolutionofproduct,equipment,andprocessproblems.Bealerttoexistingandpotentialproductionproblemsandtakenecessarycorrectiveaction.
维护和其他部门紧密的工作关系，通过及时解决生产、设备和工艺问题，以确保生产停工最小化。

3.Coordinatesandevaluatesworkofassignedpersonnelonassignedshifts.Directshopflooremployeestoappropriateduties.

5.Maintainshiftreportsandrecords,andseethatnecessaryoperatingsuppliesandmaterialsareonhand.Reviewemployeeactivityincludingefficiency,attendance,etc.foraccuracyandappropriateness.
维护轮班报告和记录，并留心手上的必要工作供应和材料。
回顾员工活动，包括效率、出勤等等，保证正确和适当。
6.ResponsibleforWIPmaterialstatusandmaterialscrapcontrol.负责WIP材料状态和材料废料控制。
7.Servesasaprimaryresourcefortwo-wayemployeecommunicationregardingcompanyphilosophyandpractices.Promoteteamphilosophy.

1.Tomaintainasafeworkingenvironmentforallmanufacturingdepartmentemployeesandotherpersonsrequiringaccesstothemanufacturingarea.ThiswillbeachievedbyproactivelymanagingallaspectsofHSEfollowingtheguidelinessetoutinthecompany’sHSEprocedures.ThiswillalsoincludetheneedtotrainandcontinuallyengageallmanufacturingteampersonnelinHSEinitiativesanddemonstrateongoingimprovementsversustheKPI’ssetbytheManufacturingManagerinconjunctionwiththeseniorHSEManagement
