比手划脚猜词语,评出猜出最多的前3组给于
奖励
六、唱生日歌。

今天站在这里,首先,我代表公司向大家表示衷心的感谢。
没有你们,就没有今天的乐龙湾。
随着9月份的过去,10月份的到来,新的一月开始了~我们要对过去有个总结,对未来有所展望!
下个月的目标非常明确,在共同努力下,让公司的业绩上到一个崭新的台阶。
乐龙湾在李经理的带领下,在众多员工的努力下,历经市场的考验,在如今市场非常不景气的情况下,公司状况还能保持良性运转。
这一切都离不开大家的支持。
我代表公司向大家说声谢谢!
然而,面对成绩我们不能骄傲~我们要反思,要加强我们的服务意识。
老板把公司让我们来负责管理,在这样一个很好的平台,如果我们没有让公司再上一个台阶,再持续发展下去,那就会让老板对我们失去信任。
过去因为很多原因。
一定程度上影响了我们公司的发展,那是因为由于没有借鉴的地方,只能靠自己摸索向前,有成功有失败,但至少我们有在努力改变。
当然,我也知道之前有很多的员工都说我们,说我们乐龙湾做事只做一半,我们的制度永远都执行不下去等等之类的。
但是,今天我要告诉各位的是:

从前几个月以来,公司每月营业额一直保持在50万左右,可是我们现在一直在这个坎上面徘徊不前。
接下来我要告诉各位的是:
“只要我们突破现在的营业额,接下来我们就是大步发展。
公司将给有能力的员工更多发展的机会和各项福利~”
你们可曾知道:
“市场竞争是不会给任何人任何的机会,所以我们全体员工要知道这个市场的竞争力。
只有公司发展了,我们才能有更好的薪资待遇,自己获得更高的发展空间~因此,我们要拧成一条绳,共同把乐龙湾推向一个新的高度。
”在这里的各位很多都是在服务行业做了很多年的,我知道大家都做得很好,但不排除有些人是在乐龙湾混日子的。
对于这些人,那我明确的告诉你,“如果接下来你们还是这样的想法,那么你们赶早自己回去。
地球缺少谁都照样会转”。
总之,我希望所有的乐龙湾同事都能像兄弟姐妹那样好好相处,在轻松愉快的氛围之下,开始新的征程。
