【abstract】:

Withtherapiddevelopmentofthetimesandcurrentstudentsinthinking,behaviorchanges,theworkofcollegestudentsfacinganewsituationandrequirements,inparticularthedevelopmentanduseofinformationtechnologyforcollegestudentshasbroughtnewopportunitiesandchallenges.Theuseofmoderninformationtechnologyservicestocollegestudentswork,studentworkistheinevitablechoicetoadapttothetimes,butalsotheinherentlawofstudentworknecessaryrequirement.Therefore,managementofinformationtechnologyintotheschoolsforstudentsinworkmanagement,reduceworkload,improveefficiency,strengthenthemanagementimperative.

Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernnetworktechnology,thetraditionalmodelhasbeendifficulttoadapttostudentmanagementstudentmanagementneeds,howtobuildapplicationsbasedonnetworkinformationmanagementplatformforstudentwork,formanagerstoimproveefficiency,qualityeducationforstudentsandpersonalitydevelopmentcreatinganexcellentenvironmentforthegrowth,therearemanyquestionsworthexploring.

First,theimportanceandtheneedofthestudentsworkinformationconstruction:

StudentsworkIdeologicalandpoliticalworkandeducationandmanagementoftheorganicwhole,thecauseofsocialistmodernizationshoulderbuildersandsuccessorsofthehistoricmissionoftraining.Overtheyears,studentsworkintheparty'sline,undertheguidanceofseveralgenerationsofhardwork,theformationofasetofeffectiveworksystemandmethodsofwork.Butwiththeeraofrapiddevelopmentofincreasinglycomplexideasofstudents,collegestudentsworkisfacinganewsituationandrequirements,studentsworkwithtraditionalmanagementmodelsandtoolshavebeendifficulttoadapttothedevelopmentneedsofthesituation,sotospeedupinformationonstudentworkConstructionhasgraduallybecometheconsensusofallcollegesanduniversities.Themaintaskofthestudentshandletheentiremanagementprocessoflargequantitiesofbasicinformation.Studentsworkintraditional,relyingontheoriginalmethodofmanuallycompletetheinformationcollection,statistics,transfer,duplicationandmoreinefficient,time-poor,andtheuseofcomputer,networkingandothermoderninformationtechnology-basedstudentmanagementinformationsystemjustovercometheshortcomingsofthetraditionalway.Useofstudentmanagementinformationsystem,studentmanagementinformationforallkindsofautomatedprocessing,theresultsplacedonthenetwork,thewholeschoolcanbequeriedaccordingtotheirrightsanddealwithallkindsofinformation.Thiscangreatlyimprovetheefficiencyofstudentmanagement,significantlyimprovestudentmanagement.

Second,studentsbuildworkingmodelandinformationcontentmanagementsystem

Thefirst、Locatedinthesitemodel,builtonthecampusIntranet/Internetmanagementplatformontopofin-depthapplicationofinformationtechnology,isgraduallychangingthewaypeopleworkandlive.Informationbasedonmodernmanagementthinking,notonlytomanagersfromtheheavymanuallaborinthepast,freeingsubstantial,effective,practicalinformationinformationandstatistics,butalsoallowmanagerstouseinformationtechnologytoolsMeanwhile,anenjoyableandvaluableworkexperience,inajob,self-realizationandenhancementofinformationtechnologyinordertoachievethe"people-oriented"basicstartingpoint.Inrecentyears,WEB-basedapplicationsystemtosupporttechnologyhasbeenfurtherimprovedInternet-basedbusinessmodelhasbecomeaverycompetitivesolution.Foreseeablefuture,informationmanagementandofficewillbeInternet-based,Internet-basedinformationmanagementandofficewillalsobetheimplementationofinformationmanagementcollegethebestchoice.Therefore,webasedonthecurrenttrendsanddevelopmentsininformationtechnologymanagementfeaturestheworkofcollegestudents,willbeCollegeStudentinformationmanagementplatformlocationonthewebsitemodel,builtonthecampusIntranet/Internetontop.

second、Digitization,automation,networking,interactivecontentofbuildingworkbasedonthecurrentenvironmentfacedbycollegestudents,objects,andmanagementneeds,UniversityStudentInformationcontentmanagementplatformcanbesummarizedinfouraspects:

First,digitalinformation,informationaboutstudentworkindigitalform,organize,summarize,useandsharing.Thisinformationincludes:

Informationonindividualstudents,studentgroupinformation,studentworkarehighlyrelevantinformation.Second,processnetworks,thatisusinginformationtechnologytotransformthetraditionalprocessesandstudentworktoeducateandguidewaystoachieveinformationmanagementplatformbasedonthestudentsworkingmechanism;Third,officeautomation,whichrelyoninformationtechnologytoachievepaperlessstudentwork（pen）oftheoffice,whiletheformofbreaktimeandspacelimitationsoftraditionaloffice,sothatmanagersinthespace-timescalabletodealwithstudentshappilyworkservices;Fourth,communicationandinteraction,thatisrelyingoninformationtechnologyforschooladministrators,facultyadministrators,studentsandotherinteractionbetweenthemainmodeofcommunication,andenhancereal-timecommunicationandefficientdegree.

Studentworkaroundtheconstructionofinformationplatformcontent,studentmanagementinformationplatformshouldmeetthefollowingfunctions:
