However,ifthepartieswishthesellertoberesponsiblefortheloadingofthegoodsondepartureandtobeartherisksandallthecostsofsuchloading,thisshouldbemadeclearbyaddingexplicitwordingtothiseffectinthecontractofsale1.Thistermshouldnotbeusedwhenthebuyercannotcarryouttheexportformalitiesdirectlyorindirectly.Insuchcircumstances,theFCAtermshouldbeused,providedtheselleragreesthathewillloadathiscostandrisk.

A1Provisionofgoodsinconformitywiththecontract

Thesellermustprovidethegoodsandthecommercialinvoice,oritsequivalentelectronicmessage,inconformitywiththecontractofsaleandanyotherevidenceofconformitywhichmayberequiredbythecontract.

B1Paymentoftheprice

Thebuyermustpaythepriceasprovidedinthecontractofsale.

A2Licences,authorisationsandformalities

Thesellermustrenderthebuyer,atthelatter'

srequest,riskandexpense,every,assistanceinobtaining,whereapplicable2,anyexportlicenceorotherofficialauthorisationnecessaryfortheexportofthegoods.

B2Licences,authorisationsandformalities

Thebuyermustobtainathisownriskandexpenseanyexportandimportlicenceorotherofficialauthorisationandcarryout,whereapplicable3allcustomsformalitiesfordieexportofthegoods.

A4Delivery

Thesellermustplacethegoodsatthedisposalofthebuyeratthenamedplaceofdelivery,notloadedonanycollectingvehicle,onthedateorwithintheperiodagreedor,ifnosuchtimeisagreed,attheusualtiny,fordeliveryofsuchgoods.Ifnospecificpointhasbeenagreedwithinthenamedplace,andifthereareseveralpointsavailable,thesellermayselectthepointattheplaceofdeliverywhichbestsuitshispurpose.

B4Takingdelivery

Thebuyermusttakedeliveryofthegoodswheretheyhavebeendeliveredinaccordance.withA4andA7/B7.

A5Transferofrisks

Thesellermust,subjecttotheprovisionsofB5,bearallrisksoflossofordamagetothegoodsuntilsuchtimeastheyhavebeendeliveredinaccordancewithA4.

A6Divisionofcosts

Thesellermust,subjecttotheprovisionsofB6,payallcostsrelatingtothegoodsuntilsuchtimeastheyhavebeendeliveredinaccordancewithA4.

B6Divisionofcosts

∙Thebuyermustpay

∙allcostsrelatingtothegoodsfromthetimetheyhavebeendeliveredmaccordancewithA4;

∙anyadditionalcostsincurredbyfailingeithertotakedeliveryofthegoodswhentheyhavebeenplacedathisdisposal,ortogiveappropriatenoticeinaccordancewithB7provided,however,thatthegoodshavebeendulyappropriatedtothecontract,thatistosay,clearlysetasideorotherwiseidentifiedasthecontractgoods;

∙whereapplicable8,allduties,taxesandotherchargesaswellasthecostsofcan"

A7Noticetothebuyer

Thesellermustgivethebuyersufficientnoticeastowhenandwherethegoodswillbeplacedathisdisposal.

Thebuyermust,wheneverheisentitledtodeterminethetimewithinanagreedperiodand/ortheplaceoftakingdelivery,givethesellersufficientnoticethereof.

Thebuyermustprovidethesellerwithappropriateevidenceofhavingtakendelivery.

A9Checking–packing–marking

Thesellermustpaythecostsofthosecheckingoperations（suchascheckingquality,measuring,weighing,counting）whicharenecessaryforthepurposeofplacingthegoodsatthebuyer'

sdisposal.

Thesellermustprovideathisownexpensepackaging（unlessitisusualfortheparticulartradetomakethepodsofthecontractdescriptionavailableunpacked）whichisrequiredforthetransportofthegoods,totheextentthatthecircumstancesrelatingtothetransport（forexamplemodalities,destination）aremadeknowntothesellerbeforethecontractofsaleisconcluded.Packagingistobemarkedappropriately.

B9Inspectionofgoods

Thebuyermustpaythecostsofanypre?

A10Otherobligations

Thesellermustrenderthebuyeratthelatter'

srequest,riskandexpense,everyassistanceinobtaininganydocumentsorequivalentelectronicmessagesissuedortransmittedinthecountryofdeliveryand/oroforiginwhichthebuyermayrequirefortheexportand/orimportofthegoodsand,wherenecessary,fortheirtransitthroughanycountry.

Thesellermustprovidethebuyer,uponrequest,withthenecessaryinformationforprocuringinsurance.

B10Otherobligations

Thebuyermustpayallcostsandchar"

sriskandexpense.Ineithercase,thesellermaydeclinetomakethecontractand,ifhedoes,shallPromptlynotifythebuyeraccordingly.

thecarrieroranotherpersonnominatedbythebuyer,orchosenbythesellerinaccordancewithA3a）ontheseller'

smeansoftransportnotunloaded.

Ifnospecificpointhasbeenagreedwithinthenamedplace,andifthereareseveralpointsavailable,thesellermayselectthepointattheplaceofdeliverywhichbestsuitshispurpose.
