Robotdevelopedinrecentdecadesashigh-techautomatedproductionequipment.Industrialroboiisanimportantbranchofindustrialrobots.1(featurescanbeprogrammedtoperformtasksinavarietyofexpectations,inbothstructureandperformanceadvantagesoftheirownpeopleandmachincs,inparticular,reflectsthepeople'sintelligenceandadaptability.Theaccuracyofrobotopcrationsandavarielyofenvironmentstheabilitytocompletetheworkinthefieklofnationalcconomyandtherearcbroadprospectsfordevelopment.Withthedevelopmentofindustrialautomation,therehasbeenCNCmachiningcenter,itisinreducinglaborintensity,whilegreatlyimprovedlaborproductivity.However,theupperandlowercommoninCNCmachiningprocessesmatcriiilusuallystillusemanualortraditionalrelay-controlledsemi-automaticdevice.Theformerlime-consumingandlaborintensive,inefficient;thelatterduetodesigncomplexity,requiremorerelays,wiringcomplexily,vulnerabilitytobodyvibrationinterference,whiletheexistenceofpoorreliability,fauhmoremaintenanceproblemsandotherissues.ProgrammableLogicControllerPLC-conirolledrobotcontrolsystemformaterialsupanddownmovementKsimple,circuitdesignisreasonable,withastronganti-jammingcapability,ensuringlhesystem'sreliability,reducedmainlcniinccrale,andimproveworkefficiency.Robottechnologyrelatedtomechanics,mechanics,electricalhydraulietechnology,automaticcontroltechnology,sensortechnologyandcomputertechnologyandothcrfieldsofscience,isacross-disciplimiryintegratedtechnology.

WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'sindustrialproduction,especiallythereformandopeningupaftertherapidincreaseinthedegreeofautomationtoachieve(heworkpiecehandling,steering.transmissionoroperationofbrazing,spraygun.wrenchesandothertoolsforprocessingandasseniblyoperationssince,whichhasmweandmoreattractedourattention.Robotistoimitatethemanualpartof(hextion.accordingtoagivenprogramtrackandrequirementsforautomaticcapture,handlingoroperationoftheautomaticmechanicaldevices.
