Accordingtothebiddingdocument,combiningwiththesitesurvey,thesiteenvironmentoftheprojectisdescribedasfollows:
ProposedsiteisnorthtoXXXXRoad,itisabout35.0metersbetweentheroadandthefoundationpitedge.Theotherthreesidesarealladjacenttotheroad.Theroads,residentialandcommercialbuildingsaroundtheproposedsite,lotsofpipelinesundergroundetc.Onthewhole,thesurroundingenvironmentofthisprojectiscomplicated.
3.4GeneralGeologicalCondition
RefertotheGeotechnicalinvestigationreport.
四、DifficultiesandCountermeasures
4.1Thefilledearthisthickandwillinfluenceonpilefoundationconstruction.
4.1.1Difficulty
BaseontheGeotechnicalinvestigationreport,theproposedsitehasthickfilledearth,theaveragethicknessisabout1.50to3.70m.Thefilledearthislooseandhascomplicatedcomposition,unevenquality.
4.1.2Countermeasure
(1)Deviationbetweenthecenterofpilecasingandthecenterofpileshouldnotbegreaterthan50mm,theclayshouldbefilledoutsideofthepilecasingandpackedinlayers.
(2)Duringdrilling,controlthedrillingparameters,expeciallycontrolthedrillingspeedandpreventthedrillinginclination.
(3)Duringdrilling,strictlycontrolperformanceofthemudtoensuretheeffectofboreholeprotectionandpreventtheboreholecollapseinloosedfilledearth.
4.2Thesiteexistundergroundsilt,whichaffectsthepilequality.
4.2.1Difficulty
Accordingtogeotechnicalinvestigationreport,theproposedsiteexistundergroundsilt,thedepthisabout2.20to4.20m,theundergroundsiltcontainsfilledsoil,organicmatter,plantroots,cindergraveletc.,ashblackandhavebadsmell,theundergroundsiltmayaffectthequalityofpile.
4.2.2Countermeasure
(1)Themeasureofreplaceandbackfillsoilwillbetakenintheundergroundsilt.Inordertoreducetheamountofworkandunnecessarymechanicalconstruction,theslopeshouldbereduced.Ifthelocalslopeislarge,itwillbetakentomaketwoorthreesteps,thestepsareeasytolowerdown,eachstephasenoughwidth,convenienttoexcavatetheconstructionwork.
(2)Usetheexcavatortodesilttheundergroundsilt,andthemudwillbetransportedafter.
(3)Cleansoilbackfillwillbecarriedoutintheareaafterdredging.Whenbackfilling,thepackingelevationiscontrolledbythestratifiedcontrolofthepavement.Thethicknessofthepackinglayershouldnotgreaterthan1m.
五、ConstructionDeployment
5.1ConstructionLayout
Accordingtotheprojectbiddingdocuments,theactualsituationandprogressrequirements,constructionsitemustbereasonabledeployed,thespecificprinciplesareasfollows:
(1)Accordingtotheconstructionscheduleofthisproject,thesitelayoutwillbeadjustedindifferentconstructionstages.
(2)Thelayoutofproductionfacilitiesshouldbeconvenientforconstructionandproductionarrangement,andmeetstherequirementsoffireprotectionandlaborprotection.
(3)Meettherequirementsoftheconstructionunitforthelayoutoftheconstruction,adjusttheshiftofthewarehouseyardintheconstructionareawhenitisnecessary.
(4)Thelayoutfortheconstructionshouldnotdamagethesurveyingmarkersandshallnotaffectthepass-throughconditionsofthesurveyingmarkers.
(5)Effectivedrainagesystemwillbeestablishedintheconstruction,dailymaintenancisnecessarytopreventsurroundingroadsurfacecontamination.
5.2TemporaryElectricity
Duringthetrialpilingwork,thepowerwillbesuppliedbygeneratorpower,powertransmissioniscompletedbyfivecorecablewithrubbersleeve,theelectricitywillbetransferedthroughthegeneratortofixed200a~250aelectricityboxwhicharedecoratedintheconstructionsite.Alloftheelectricityusinginconstructionisconnectedfromfixedelectricityboxtoeachelectricitylocation.
5.3LaborPlan
Thepersonnelconfigurationofthemainconstructionoftestpileconstructionisshowninschedule4-laborschedule.
5.4MaterialManagement
Inordertoensurethequalityofthematerialsrequiredfortheproject,thematerialmanagementregulationsareasfollows:
5.4.1Materialplanandprocurement
Materialplanwillbeestablishedaccordingtotheapprovedconstructionscheduleplan,intheplanthenameofmaterial,thespecification,thequantityandroughlyentrydatewillbenoted.Materialswithspecialqualityrequirementsshouldbereportedtothesupervisorandtheconstructors.
5.4.2AcceptanceofMaterial
(1)Intheprocessofmaterialsacceptance,thematerialmanagershallfirstverifythequality certificatesofmaterials,includingthefactorycertification,productioncertificationandthecopyofthepermitforproductionlicense.
(2)Thematerialsneedtoberetestedshouldbecheckedandacceptedstrictly.
