土木工程留学生培养方案及课程计划CUCAS

DurationofStudy
Thefour-yearCivilEngineeringundergraduateprogramconsistsoftwoperiods,withthefirstthreeyearsforclassroominstructionandthefinalyearforstudents’practice.
1.CivilEngineering
TheCivilEngineeringlaboratoryissponsoredjointlybyJiangsuProvinceandtheMinistryofEducation.ThecorecourseswillprovidestudentswithasolidprofessionalknowledgeinMechanicsandCivilEngineeringaswellaspracticalskillsingeotechnicalexperiments,computerapplications,constructionsupervision,andengineeringstructuraltests.
TheCivilEngineeringdepartmentofJiangsuUniversityisauthorizedtoconferMasterofEngineeringdegreesinStructuralEngineering,TrafficEngineering,DisasterPreventionandMitigationandProtectiveEngineering.ThedepartmentisalsoauthorizedtoconferdoctoraldegreesinSolidMechanics.Currently,therearenearlytensupervisorsformastersandPh.D.candidatesinourdepartment.
Equippedwithafullsetoftechnicalskills,upongraduationyouwillbepreparedformanydifferentcareeropportunities,suchasconstruction,structuraldesign，education,management,andinvestmentanddevelopmentassociatedwiththeconstructionindustry，whilekeepinginmindthesocial,moral,andlegalimpactofengineeringonpeople.

-Developscientificattitudestowardsresearch，havecertaintheoreticalfoundationandsystematicknowledgeinthefieldofcivilengineering.
-Haveastronginterestincivilengineeringandgoodprofessionalethics.
-HaveagoodcommandofChineselanguageandgetHSKcertificatesasrequired.BeabletoreadChineseprofessionalliteratureinthefieldofcivilengineering.
-Beingoodhealth.
