次协议从起生效，有效期为年

4.SuppliermustonlyselltheSlaesproducttocustomerthroughagent，unlessthereisawrittenconsentfromagent。

供方必须通过代理卖此产品给需方，除非有代理的书面许可。

5.Suppliermustguaranteethatthesalesproductisofgoodqualityandthatthepricematchesthequantityandmarketprice。

供方需保证产品质量良好，价格符合量价和市价。

6.Agentisobligedtopurchasethesalesproductfromsupplieronly。

代理义务;

只能从供方购买此产品。

7.SuppliermustshareanyinformationreceivedaboutCustomertoAgentimmediately。

SupplierandAgentshareallinformationrelatedtoCustomeronthesalesproductandassisteachotherinpromotingsales。

供方及时与代理共享关于客户相关信息，并且供方与代理需共享关于客户的所有信息以便促进产品销售。

8.SupplierandAgentreviewthecontractonemonthbeforeterminationforapossiblerenewal。

供方和代理需在截至日前前一个月确认是否延期合同。

9.Theagentwillfinishkgssalestargetinthe1styear。

Andtheafterwardssalestargetwillbesetdownbetweenbothpartiesinwritinginthebeginningofeveryyear。

代理将会在第一年内完成公斤的销售目标，其后的销售目标在每年年初双方书面商定。
