一年来，在县局领导、三位所长的关心和全所同事的帮助下，经过坚持不懈的努力和充满信心的工作，我在工作、生活方面获得了不小进步。
为便于县局对我个人的考察和了解，我将自己一年来的实际思想工作业务学习情况进行如下汇报。
现总结如下：

首先，我主动加强政治学习，除了经常看电视、看报纸、关心时事政治外，我还利用业余时间认真学习党章，了解党的光荣历史，并积极要求加入党组织，在思想上和党组织保持高度一致;其次，我还认真学习了国家公务员条例，认真与自己平时行为进行对照，改正不良习惯，继续发扬优秀传统。
另外，除了干好自己的本职工作外，还积极参加各项活动，对于工商局组织的活动，能够积极参加与配合，在生活上乐于助人，关心集体荣誉。
通过以上努力，我感到自己的政治素质有了长足进步，希望在以后的学习中进一步提高。

二、踏实肯干，努力完成好各项业务工作（2.Workhardandworkhardtocompletevariousbusinesstasks）
一年来，我始终坚持严格要求自己，勤奋努力，时刻牢记公务员全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，努力实践"三个代表"重要思想，在自己平凡而普通的工作岗位上，努力做好本职工作。

在某某工商所工作期间，我工作的岗位主要为内勤，具体内容包括财务管理、办照登记、3xx消费者维权工作，文件收发归档、案卷整理归档等。

在财务管理工作上，我严格遵守相关财务制度，认真保管和使用各类票据，按时上缴规费xxxx元、罚没款xxx元到账目清晰，收支明确，为所里确保正常工作开展提供了良好的经费使用计划。

到目前为止，经手办理个体户执照157份，个人独资微型企业执照7份。

315消费者维权工作是工商行政管理业务重要一个方面，我按照本所本辖区的实际情况，认真做好每个工作细节。
到目前受理消费者举报投诉5起，接受咨询27起，每一起举报投诉都及时汇报所长，处理完成及时向举报人反馈处理情况，最后在将详细的信息准确的录入到市局315信息系统。

今年三月份，我起草了某某工商所"315"消费者权益日活动方案并得到所长的肯定，在活动日当天积极参与到活动的开展中，发放宣传册47份，活动结束后主动做出总结并呈送所长批阅同时报送县局。

在推进开展消费维权服务站"五进"和"一会两站"的工作中，我结合本辖区的实际情况和特点，为工作的开展出谋划策，之后在综合大家的意见下完成了工作实施方案并积极开展相关工作，目前我所辖区内按照工作方案已经建立消费维权服务站3个，发放工作制度、条例以及工作表格等43份，完成制度上墙、标识明确等既定目标。

文件收发归档方面，对收发文件按照文件来源进行了详细分类，并且建立了电子台账和电子化查询方式，方便领导以及同事查阅，大大提高了工作效率。

执法办案是工商行政管理业务的重头戏，而某某工商所下辖三个乡镇，食品安全案件、农业生产资料案件数量比较大。
做为新来的同志，以前没有执法办案的经历，因此在执法办案的过程中我现场认真学习，过后细致整理材料，深刻了解了工商执法办案的整个流程以及具体的办法。
到目前为止我参与办理案件25件，并在结案后将有关信息及时准确的录入了信息系统。

三、真诚待人，学会待人接物（3.Treatpeoplesincerelyandlearntotreatothersandthings）
在工作当中，我始终摆正自己的位置，对领导敬重、对同事尊重，不说不利于团结的话，不做不利于团结的事，以诚相待，踏实干事，在做好自己本职工作以外，帮助同事，关心同事，努力营造宽松、舒适的工作氛围。
