E1是系统高压保护。

故障原理：

外机铜管连接的有个高压保护开关，通过高压开关检测系统压力，然后通过线路反馈给芯片。

维修流程：

1.首先排除外界因素，如蒸发器，冷凝器脏，电源缺相等。

如果机器一开机就显示E1，看压缩机是否启动，若没启动测量高压开关，若启动测压缩机启动电流。

2.机器开一段时间显示E1，检查高压开关，和线路。

可以短接高压开关或OVC短接，排除某处的故障。

E1:

为压缩机高压保护。

1、冷凝器前有障碍物2、室外环境温度高于43度时开始制冷3、控制回路异常4、高压管压力过大使高压开关动作

那么我们可以根据故障代码含义来分析，一般出现此故障的故障部位为：

室外机散热不良、清洗即可。

室外风机不转或转的慢：

决解方法，换风机、风扇电容器。

高压保护故障：

解决方法，雪种过多，高压保护器损坏、信号线断或室内机控制板损坏。

E1isasystem-voltageprotection.FaultPrinciple:

1.Firstruleoutexternalfactors,suchasevaporators,condensersdirty,lackofequalpower.IfthemachinedisplaysabootonE1,toseeifthecompressorisstarted,ifnotstartmeasuringhighvoltageswitch,ifthemeasuredstartthecompressorstartingcurrent.2.MachineopenforsometimetodisplayE1,checkthehighvoltageswitch,andline.High-voltageswitchcanbeshortedorOVCshortedsomewhereexcludefailures.

E1:

Solution,refrigerantexcessive,high-voltageprotectionisdamaged,thesignallineisbrokenordamagedindoorcontrolboard.

E2：

室内机蒸发器防冻结保护。

可能原因：

故障代码E2：

第一步先判断是控制故障还是系统故障，可先把室内管温包从蒸发器中取出，如果不出现，则说明是系统问题；第二步检查室内环境温度是否太低，室内风机转速是否太低，室内蒸发器是否太脏，系统是否堵塞。

5.开机显示故障代码E2：

室内管温器断路，造成误保护。

6.运行一段时间压缩机、室外风机停止，室内风机仍运转，显示故障代码E2（灯箱型无显示）：

（1）检查蒸发器是否结霜，若结霜，则显示故障代码E2。

其结霜原因可能是：

1）系统缺氟，可用压力表测系统压力、用钳表测运行电流，低压偏低或电流偏小，则需加氟。

2）气温偏低（25℃以下）时，制冷运行蒸发器可能会结霜。

3）蒸发器表面脏，风量小。

（2）如蒸发器未结霜，则可能是室内管温头位置不对，造成局部温度过低，可将管温头移出再试。

（3）室内管温感温包坏或折断。

（4）也可能是显示器本身故障或控制板问题。

（5）过滤网太脏。

（6）系统脏堵。

（7）室内电动机转速太低。

E2:

1）lackoffluoridesystem,availablegaugepressuremeasurementsystem,measuredwithaclampoperatingcurrent,low-voltageloworcurrentistoosmall,youneedfluoride.2）lowtemperature（25℃orless）,thecoolingoperationmayevaporatorfrost.3）evaporatorsurfaceisdirty,thesmallamountofwind.

（2）Iftheevaporatorisnotfrosting,itmaybetheindoorpipetemperatureheadpositioniswrong,resultinginlocaltemperatureistoolow,youcanheadoutofthetubetemperatureandtryagain.（3）Indoorpipetemperature,temperatureofbadorbroken.（4）mayalsobeadisplayfaultortheboarditselfissues.（5）Thefilterisdirty.（6）Thesystemfouling.（7）Indoormotorspeedistoolow.

制冷过负荷保护，即内机蒸发器结冰了，原因：

1老鼠把传感器线咬断可能性在百分之六十以上，特别是饭店等公共场所。

2内机滤网脏堵，可能性一半以上。

3内风机电容量减小导致内风机转速低。

4内机蒸发器后背太脏，导致蒸发器不通风。

5传感器阻值漂移

E3为压缩机吸气压力过低保护，建议检查：

1.室内机循环风量过小？

清洁室内机滤网。

2.系统制冷剂不足？

添加制冷剂。

E4保护：

为排气管高温保护。

压缩机起动后，连续30s检测到排气温度高于120℃或排气感温头短路（或开路）时，指示灯闪烁并显示故障代码E4。

E4protection:

anexhaustpipetemperatureprotection.Afterthecompressorstarts,continuous30sdetectsatemperaturehigherthan120℃exhaustorexhausttemperaturesensorshortcircuit（oropen）,thelightblinksandthefaultcodeE4.

格力空调故障代码E5:

低电压过流保护

可能出现的原因有以下：

1、电源电压低于187V，现在的空调都是宽电源设计，但是如果低于这个数字，空调也是不能启动的！

2、内机过滤网和外机的冷凝器太脏引起的保护，建议先清洗一下。

3、控制板故障，更换控制板

先检查一下电压是否正常，如果不稳定的话，建议安装稳压器，如果电压没有问题的话，就联系厂家的专业人员上门检修吧！

二、格力定频空调显示E5的维修方法

1、查看电压是否过低，可建议用户安装稳压器

2、外机电容是否损坏

3、外机散热是否良好，内机过滤网和外机的冷凝器是否太脏。

4、控制板故障，更换控制板

三、E5故障的系统诊断

1、压缩机运转后，连续3秒钟检测到电流超过6A

关掉主电源，打开下盖，抽出过滤网清洗；用毛刷清洁那个静电除尘器。

　　格力空调故障代码E6的解决办法：

　　1.接线图外机电源盖上应该有的，如果按照图上所示接还是有问题的话你你注意观察一下接线座上面的线，我遇到过别的品牌空调出厂时座上面的线接错的，就是说假如2上面按图所示是N线但它接错了结果上面连接到了信号线上，你按图接后就会出现不工作或工作不正常的现象，好好看看想想。

　　2.死机:

把电打下来几秒再打回去，开机试一下。

　　3.内外机信号线断或漏电，更换室内外连接信号电线再试机。

　　4.电路板坏，更换室内机电路主板。

　　格力空调显示E6的检修流程：

　　开关电源正常——5V电压正常吗——正常查通信光耦——外机接线端——检修室内外信号线——N以通信线有跳变电压吗——没有查内机——有查外机——晶振也查一下——更换电路主板。

17.格力空调故障代码e8的有效解决方法：

故障机型：

KFR-71LW

故障现象：

开机能制冷，10分钟左右室内外机均停止工作，室内机面板显示E8的错误代码。

故障分析：

经珠海格力空调维修师傅上门对机器进行检修，格力空调维修师傅根据格力空调故障代码表得知e8代码的含义是：

压缩机排气温度传感器1故障。

顺着这个方向查下去很快便查到了故障所在位置。

首先检查压缩机排气温度传感器阻值是否正常，经检查没问题。

再检查雪种压力是否过高，经证明雪种也正常。

开机观察室外出风量也够大，开机数分钟后发现室外机散出来的风越来越热，此时看到冷凝器翅片上布满了灰尘，
