It’sveryhardforcollegegraduatestofindajob,ofcoursehardertogetanidealjob.Infact,manyfactorscontributetotheunfavorablesituation.

　　First,moreandmorestudentscangotocollegebecauseofthebeingfastimprovedhigheducationofChina.Asaresult,therearemoregraduateseveryyear.However,jobvacanciesdon’tincreasethatfast.Morepeople,lessfood,whichistheexactdescriptionofthehardcondition.Second,moreandmorepeoplegoontopursuetheirmasteranddoctordegree;

moreandmoreChineseoverseastudentscomebacktoChinatohuntbetterworkingchances.Itissurethatthecompetitionismoreandmorefierce.Third,becauseofthefastdevelopmentofscience,technology,economy,societyandtheinterchangeofdifferentnations,allunitshavehigherrequirementoftheiremployees,forexample,strongerabilityandhigherdegree.
