1.SCOPE范围
ThisspecificationdefinesthecosmeticrequirementsforPLASTICPARTSandASSEMBLIESfor
该规格详细说明了Compaq计算机公司对塑料部件和装置的外观要求
CompaqComputerCorporation.Thecosmeticrequirementsshallbedividedintofourclassesin
该外观要求根据部位可分为4类.

3.1VISUALINSPECTION目测

类别III部位是指操作员很少观看到的部位.
4.4CLASSIV类别IV
ClassIVareasshallbedefinedasareasneverseenbytheoperator.
类别IV部位是指操作员从未观看到的部位.
5.ALLCLASSES所有类别
5.1CLEANLINESS清洁
Partsshallbefreeofdirt,grime,grease,andothercontaminants.Dustcausedbyshippingmaterial
部件需无污垢,污点,油脂和其它污渍.

由运输材料引起的灰尘若能被吹去或擦去,则可允收.
5.2FLASH毛边

6.1SCRATCHES/ABRASIONS刮伤/磨损
Scratchesorabrasionswhichremovetexturearenotacceptable.
会除去纹路的刮伤或磨损不可允收.
6.2SPLAY轻微裉色
Splayisnotacceptable.

6.3CONTAMINATION污染
