2.Theproceduretoturnoffthemachine

Uponreceivingtheswitchofforderoremergencystoporderonthemachine,pressthestopbuttonrightawaytostopthemachinefromoperatingandthenturnofftheelectricsourceinsidethecontrollingcabinet.

3）Note

1.Followingtheproductionrequirementtofeedthemineevenly.Theeccentricdistanceofthefeedershouldnotbeadjusted

2.Cautiousaboutthemachineturnonandofforderandmakeproperdecisiononhowtohandlethesituation

3.Eachshiftmustfollowtherequirementandinspecttheconditionofthelubricatingoil,addthelubricatingoilasneeded

4.Theorewarehouseshouldbeclosedtopreventorefromdamagingthefeeder

5.Ifwood,metalandotherdebrisarefoundbeforetheyreachthefeeder,stopthefeederrightaway.Afterpickingupthewood,metalorotherdebris,turnonthemachinetoresumefeedingtheore.

1）Preparatoryworkbeforestartingthemachine

1.Checkwhetherthechuteofthecrushercontainsoreordebris

2.Checkwhetherthepartsareproperlylubricated,addlubricatingoilasnecessary

3.Checkwhetherthereisanythingthatpreventsthecrusherfromworkingproperly.Checkwhetherthesafetyprotectionshieldisstillvalidandthelightingsareingoodworkingcondition.Ifanythingfails,fixedtheproblemsfirstbeforestart.

4.Turnontheswitchofthecrusher,checktheindicatorlightandmetertoensurethattheyareworking.Makesurethatthechuteorefeederisproperlyworking.

2）StarttheMachine

1.Aftermakingsurethatthecrusherisabletostart,presstheswitchonbuttonontopofthecontrolcabinettoallowthecrushertobootup.

2.Afterthecrusherisbootupproperly,proceedwiththefollowingcheck:

（1）Checkwhetherthereisanyabnormalsoundfromthecrusher

（2）Checkwhetherthereisanypartorscrewthatisbecomingloose.Ifabnormalsituationisfind,stopthemachinerightawaytofixtheproblem

（3）Checktheelectricvoltageandcurrenttoseewhethertheyarewithinthenormalworkinglimit

（4）Afterensuringthecrusherisworkingproperly,startfeedingtheore

（5）Feedtheoreevenly;

controltheinputaround20–30MTperhours

3）StoptheMachine

1.Stopfeedingtheore

2.Waittillthecrusheremptyoutthecrushedorefirst,thenpressthestopbuttonabovethecontrolcabinettostopthecrusherfrommoving

3.Turnofftheswitchofthecrusherlocatedinsidethecontrolcabinet

4.Duringthecrushingprocess,ifthecrusherisblockedorisworkinginabnormalcondition,stopthemachinerightaway.Resolvetheproblemfirstthenstartthemachineagain.

4）SafetyPrecautions

1.Theoperatormustgothroughsafetytraining

2.Duringthecrushingprocess,donotobservethemachinefromthetopofthecrusher

3.Duringthecrushingprocess,donotperformanycleaningorrepairingtasks

4.Duringthecrushingprocess,donotinserthand（s）intotheorefeedingopeningofthecrushertospreadouttheore

5.Thecrusherisrunningatthebestperformancewhenitis2/3full.Adjusttheamountoforefeedintothecrushertoensurethatthecrusherisrunningatitsbestperformance.

1）Performthefollowingcheckbeforestartthemachine

1.Checkwhethertheoilinsidethedeceleratorisenoughandwhetherthescrewsinanypartsareloose

2.Checktheupperandlowerrollertoseewhethertheyareinworkingcondition,ensuringthattheself-aligningrolleraremovingfreely,andthebeltsareproperlyfastenedandconnected

3.Cleantherollersandunsurethereisnoobstaclethatwillpreventtherollerfromoperatingproperly

4.Checkandmakesurethattheinputandoutputorefunnelsarenotblocked

5.Donotoverloadthebeltconveyor.Beforestoptheconveyor,stopfeedingtheoreandwaittillalloreareemptedfromtheconveyor.

2）Everyshifthastochecktheequipmentonceevery15minutes

1.Checkthebearingandmotorofthedeceleratorandmakesuretheyareallworkingnormally.

2.Checkwhetherthebeltisstillinproperposition

3.Checkgearboxbearings,motorswhetheritisnormal

4.Checkwhetherthespacebetweentheheadandtailwheelsareblockedwithdebris,theconveyorbeltistearandtherollersarefunctioning

5.Checkwhetherthefunnelisblocked.Ifitisblocked,findoutthesourceoftheproblem;

reporttheproblemtoresolvetheissue.

3）Performyourduty,aftertransporttherawmaterial,carryoutthesprayprocessrightawayanddelivertherawmaterialtothedesignatedpoint.

4）Ifthemachineismalfunctioningduringthecheckingprocess,donotinsertyourhandintothemachinetofixtheproblem.Stopthemachinefirstbeforeconductingtherepairprocedures.

5）Cleanupthesurroundingareas

1.Thebodyofthemachineandthetransmissionsystem

（1）Checkwhetherthereisanypartorscrewthatisbecomingloose.Manholecover,materialinputdeviceisworkingproperly.

（2）Checkwhetherthedeceleratorisfunctioningnormally,thespoonheadlooksnormal,thescrewsareproperlytightened

（3）Checkwhetherthesafetyprotectiondeviceisworking,andwhetherthereisanythingthatpreventsthemachinefromfunctioningwell.

2.LubricatingSystem

（1）Checkwhetherthelubricatingoilforthehollowshiftisinwithintherequirement,oilforthegearhasreachedtherequiredlevel

（2）Checkwhethertheoilforthedeceleratoriswithintherequirement,whetherthelubricatingoilisstillclean

3.Motor

（1）Isthelowvoltagecabinetfunctioningwell?

Isthesignalandmeterfunctioningasrequired?

（2）Isthewiringworkingproperly?

Isthereenoughgreaseforthebearingofthemotor?

Istheminebrushingconditionlooksnormal?

2）Tostartthemachine

Beforepressthestartbutton,makesurethereisnothingthatwillobstructthemachinefromfunctioningnormally.

3）Tostopthemachine

Beforepressthestopbutton,wait5to10minutestillthemachineemptiesthemine,andthenturnoffthepowersource.

4）Stopthemachineimmediatelyif:

4.5secondsafterstart,thefrequencysensitiverheostatoftheACcontactorisnotturnonoritisturnedonbuttheelectricmeterindicatesthatitisoverthelimitandthespeedoftherotationisnotnormal.

5.Themainbearingvibratestoomuchorthetemperatureofthemainbearingraisedmorethan60degreeanditcontinuestorise.

6.Thelining,humanorifice,rotatingpartsandotherconnectingboltsstarttobecomelooseorfalloff.

7.Thegrindingpartsorlinerstarttowearandtear.

8.Theotherpartsofthemill,suchasconnectingboltsbecomeloose,whichaffectstheproductiontooperatesafely.

spiralshaft,usingintermittentonandoffmethod）

2.Tostopthemachine

（1）Stopthemillfirstandwaittillthegrindedoretotalprocessedandemptiedoutofthegradingmachine,thenstopthemachine

（2）Pressthestopbuttontostopthespiralshaftfrommoving

（3）Liftupthespiralshafttothespecificposition,thespiralshaftshouldnotcoverbythegrindedore

3）RepairandMaintenance

1.Oilnozzleshouldbefilledonceineveryshift

2.Bigandsmallgearshouldbelubricatedonceineveryshift

3.Theoillevelofthedeceleratorshouldbecheckedonceineveryshift.Theoilshouldbefilledonceayear,theoilcontainershouldbecleanedandnew
