thetubularproductandspecificationofthelocalcityplanningservicepipe.
给水：
市政所能提供给水管径、位置及水压；
市政供水水质是否符合饮用水要求；
市政给水管管材及规格。
2）Sewerage:
whetherthereistheintegritylocalcityplanningdrainpipenetworknearthesite,andifso,tellusthepipediameter,locationandheight（whetherthedrainagefromthebasecandrainstothelocalcityplanningpipenetwork）;
localcityplanningdrainagesystem（rainwaterandsewagecombinedsystemorrainwaterandsewageseparatesystem,orothers）;
thetubularproductandspecificationofthelocalcityplanningdrainpipe.
排水：
基地周边是否有完善的市政排水管网，其所能提供的排水管管径、位置、高度（基地中排水是否可自流排入市政管网）；
市政排水体制（是雨污合流，还是雨污分流，还是其他）；
市政排水管管材及规格。
3）Rainwater:
weatherdata（includingaltitude,sunlightpercentage,temperature,humidity,precipitation,outdoorwindspeed,dominantwinddirectionandfrequency,annualdominantwinddirectionandfrequency,maximumfrozenearthdepth,maximumsnowcoverdepth,etc.）;
thepipediameter,locationandheightoflocalcityplanningstormsewernetwork;
thetubularproductandspecificationofthelocalcityplanningstormsewer.
雨水：
气象资料（包括海拔高度、日照百分率、温度、湿度、降水量、室外风速、最多风向及其频率、年最多风向及其频率、最大冻土深度、最大积雪深度等）；
市政雨水管网管径、位置、高度等；
市政雨水管管材及规格。

是由市政管网直接供水，还是建小区集中泵站加压供水；

管材：
当地室外给水管网通常用何种管材，敷设方式；
（c）Directdrinkingwater:

小区是否有直饮水系统。

Whethertheplotdrainagecanartesiandrainintothecityplanningpipenetwork,ifnot,itisnecessarygoingtobuildthesewagepumpingstation;
theplotdrainageiswastewatercombinedsystemorwastewaterseparatesystem;
theconditionforthedomesticsewagedrainintothecityplanningnetwork.（Beforedrainingintoit,whetheritisnecessarytopassseptictanks.）
排水体制：
小区内排水是否可自流排入市政管网，如不能，则须建污水泵站；
小区内排水是污废合流，还是污废分流；
生活污水排入市政管网的条件（是否需经过化粪池处理后方能排入）；
（b）tubularproduct:

室外空调计算干球和湿球温度参数、湿度参数（按季节分，每个季节的不一样）
