一、总则）有关项目并结合具体情况拟定，作为本船交船（1998本大纲根据《钢质海洋渔船建造规范》1
是否满足安全试验的依据。
试验目的是考核建造质量是否满足施工图纸设计要求和渔船建造规范，同时还应满足现行船应按本大纲进行系泊试验和航行试验，本船建成后，生产的要求等有关规定。
舶规范，船舶检验规则、规程boatfishingtermsinSteelMarineisThisoutlinebuiltaccordingtotherelevant
constructionrules（1998）andcombinedwiththespecificsituation,whichwillbeas
thebasisoftheshiptrialtest.Thetestpurposeistoevaluateiftheconstructionquality
boatthedrawingsandfishingthemeetsdesignrequirementsoftheconstruction
inofsafetywillconstructionspecification,andwhetheritmeettherequirements
productionandotherrelevantprovisions.Afterthecompletionofthevessel,itshallbe
carriedoutmooringtestandseatrialtestaccordingtothisoutline,atthesametime,it
andboatshouldalsomeetthecurrentvesselspecification,inspectionregulations
rules.
本大纲规定的各种试验项目，船厂应通知用船单位参加试验和验收。
其中验船部门规定的试2
验项目，同时通知验船部门参加。
Allkindsoftestitemsspecifiedinthisoutline,theshipyardshallnotifytheshipuserto
participateinthetestandcheckforacceptance.Thetesttermsspecifiedbytheboat
inspectiondepartment,theshipyardshallnotifytheboatinspectiondepartmentto
attendatthesametime.
3所用材料和设备，应按船舶检验局颁布的船用产品检验规则，由产品制造厂出具船检证书。

productinspectioncertificateaccordingtothemarineproductinspectionrulesissued
bytheboatinspectionbureau.
4系泊试验和航行试验使用的各种测试仪器和仪表，其测量精度，应具有国家有关主管机构鉴定合格证件。

5船舶航行试验应消除了系泊试验中发现的故障、缺陷，并取得验船部门发给的试航证书后进行。

6船厂在系泊试验和航行试验中，应作好各种测试记录，整理出有关技术文件和试验报告，作为检验、交船的技术文件和资料，提交给验船部门和用船单位。

二、系泊试验Mooringtest
1主、辅机燃油系统的试验

1.1试验条件testcondition
系统的布置和安装合格；
Thesystemarrangementandinstallationarequalified.
燃油日用柜低位报警及泵的自动启动和停泵装置校验合格。
Lowlevelalarmoffueldailyusetank,thepumpautomaticstartandthepumpstopdevice
areexaminedforqualification.
1.2各燃油泵及燃油管系进行效用试验≥30min。
试验时泵及电动机的运动部件应无异常发热、泄漏、敲击现象。
检查主、备用泵（手摇泵）的转换灵活性。

movingpartsofpumpandelectricmotorshouldbenoabnormalfever,leakageandstriking

1.3试验时泵的转速，燃油出口压力，电动机的启动和工作电流、电压等应作好记录。
试验结束后，应检查电动机及其控制设备的热态绝缘电阻，其值按电气大纲要求。

柴油机的燃油、滑油、冷却水的温度及压力、排气、温度等，应4.5.2
柴1次，其他工况在试验结束时即行记录。
负荷试验时，1作好测量记录。
其中满负荷每小时记录测油机及发电机的运转应无敲击、高温、低压等异常现象。
各轴承等运动部件应无异常发热现象。
量曲轴热态曲臂差，应在柴油机规定的范围内。

电气部分则应将各种负荷情况下的电压、电流、功率因数、励磁电流，转速作好测量记录。
试验前负荷试100%应测量记录冷态绝缘电阻，试验后应立即测量记录热态情况下的绝缘电阻。
发电机于验结束后，应测量调压器及发电机各部分的温升，并作好记录。
