GUIDELINESFORWENZHOUVTSUSERS

温州VTS简介

温州VTS系统由一个VTS中心和四个雷达站组成：

温州VTS中心（28°01'15.85"N；120°41'13.35"E）

平阳嘴雷达站（27°28'31.38"N；120°40'53.34"E）

北麂岛雷达站（27°37'43.63"N；121°12'24.77"E）

鹿西岛雷达站（27°58'06.60"N；121°10'54.84"E）

岐头山雷达站（27°58'59.29"N；120°56'58.65"E）

温州VTS的构成及性能

1.雷达监控系统：

24海里作用距离，具有跟踪重放功能。

2.船舶数据处理系统：

船舶数据处理能力5000艘次。

3.VHF通信系统：

24海里作用距离，具有多频道录音功能。

4.AIS系统：

24海里作用距离，具有船舶识别和发送/接受AIS信息功能。

5.水文气象系统：

各雷达站全天候实时检测气象数据。

管理服务区域：

1、北区：

由岸线、乌星屿灯桩、横址山灯桩、草屿灯桩、北园屿灯塔、老鼠屿灯桩、龙湾头灯桩延伸至瓯江北岸线、以及其间岸线围成的区域。

2、南区：

由北摆屿灯桩、小筲箕屿、小虎头屿灯桩、上马鞍岛灯桩、冬瓜屿灯塔、及27°27′5.3″N120°50′36″E点围成的区域。

2.SouthArea:

ThewaterareasurroundedbyBeibaiyuIslandLightbeacon–XiaoshaojiyuIsland–XiaohutouyuIslandLightbeacon–ShangmaanLightbeacon–DongguayuIslandLighthouse-andthespotof27°27′5.3″N120°50′36″E.

由岸线（28°1′13.4″N120°59′10.8″E）-乌星屿灯桩（28°1′13.4″N121°4′19.1″E）-横址山灯桩（28°01′03.0″N121°08′36.9″E）-草屿灯桩（27°59′41″N/121°14′12″E）-北园屿灯塔（27°55′56.9″N121°13′26.9″E）-老鼠屿灯桩（27°54′32.6″N121°9′24.4″E）、龙湾头灯桩（27°58′19.0″N120°48′12.2″E）延伸至瓯江北岸线（27°59′36″N120°48′12.2″E）、以及岸线围成的区域。

主要包括七里港区、灵昆港区、大小门岛港区、状元岙港区和圆屿锚地、青菱屿锚地、乌星屿锚地以及各港区进港航道。

主要包括推荐西航路北摆屿狭水道、冬瓜屿至南麂航路以及附近水域，南北麂岛客运航线与推荐西航路的交叉水域。

在南区内船舶向VTS报告船位、询问有关航行安全信息；船舶间共用航行安全频道，用于相应呼叫、动态通报和交换避让措施等。

VHF25：

VTS中心的北区业务通话频道，用于VTS中心向外播送船舶动态、助航标志状况、气象、航行警（通）告及其他重要安全信息。

VHF27：

VTS中心的南区业务通话频道，用于VTS中心向外播送船舶动态、助航标志状况、气象、航行警（通）告及其他重要安全信息

VHF14:
