2、产品说明
聚乙烯电缆料,是由高分子聚乙烯为基料,加入各种助剂,经双波纹螺杆挤出造粒而成,各项性能指标达到GB15065-94和IEC60502标准。
具有优异的加工性能、机械物理性能、电性能。
ⅱ、PEcompound,basedonPEresin,isproducedandpelletizedwiththedoublecorrugatedscrew,inwhichvariousadditivesareadded.ThecompoundisaccordingtoGB15065-94andIEC60502.Thecompoundhasoutstandingperformancesofprocessing,physical,mechanicalandelectricalproperties.
3、加工工艺
聚乙烯电缆料最好在长径比(L/D为25或25以上的塑料挤出机上挤出加工,建议在使用前进行预干燥(除ZPE,最高干燥温度为100℃。
推荐挤出机各区点设定温度(℃如下:
ⅲ、Processing:
ItisrecommendedthatcompoundshouldbeprocessedwithextruderhavingaminimumL/Dratioof25.Compound(notincludingZPEshouldbethoroughlydriedbeforeuse,andthemaximumdryingtemperatureshouldnotexceed100℃.

以减少内应力。
