第一次读史铁生的《我与地坛》的时候是在我的高中时代，一次书籍里的邂逅，让我跟这位素未谋面的伟人产生了一次触碰心弦的碰撞，感觉就是那么陌生而又熟悉，感觉文章里的一切美好的事物就是为了我而生的，在人生最艰难的这几年里，我那颗几乎将近干枯的心在这里找到了知音，重获生机。
时隔多年，再一次碰到它的时候，如遇挚友，而如今我已经是个步入工作岗位一年多的青年了，突破重围，更加担当，很是感谢他曾经在我最无助的时候给予了我信念的力量！
《我与地坛》虽然没有史诗般华丽的篇章，优美的辞藻，却有着大气而又舒缓的音符，像一个充满智慧的年迈长者，在向你平静地诉说着生死的奥妙，娓娓道来。
文章精简，却犹如麻雀虽小五脏俱全。
每一个乐章都在努力表达着自己的见解，每一个字眼都能触碰人的心灵，引发每一个在生活贫境的人重新燃起对生的渴望，对梦的追寻！
《我与地坛》是史铁生对自身命运理性的反思与审视和对自我人生的一次超越，几乎在绝境中找到了存在的理由与存在的可贵。
至尽为止我仍然喜欢史铁生的作品，是因为在史铁生身上我看到的是一种朴实，朴实最后面闪耀着的是最强烈的人生之光，没有那追逐功名利禄的贪心也没那娇柔造作的虚伪，完全出自内心与自然，完全是真诚的袒露，他给我呈现出的是一种在这逐渐崇尚物质名利的社会中该有的人生观，并不是因为穷，因为不幸，就可以理所当然的认为一切都是这个社会亏欠自己的，自己可以无所愧疚感的加倍像这个社会索取，不管生活带给了我们，我们都应该按照自己该有的步调继续前进。
”一个人，出生了，这就不再是一个可以辩论的问题，而只是上帝交给他的一个事实；上帝在交给我们这件事实的时候，已经顺便保证了它的结果，所以死是一件不必急于求成的事，死是一个必然会降临的节日。
”从小到大，身边至亲的相继离去，让我一次次对死亡与生命产生无尽的不解与恐惧感，年幼的曾经曾经以为死亡只是一个人暂时离开，所以曾经不曾害怕，随着时间的推移，慢慢长大了，我才发现生活里再也没了依靠没了守护自己的臂膀，于是开始后怕，慢慢对让你即将挑起重担的生活产生怯退感，直到有一天，《我与地坛》告诉我那句话，我才明白，有些人虽然已经离去，可是去又不曾离去，甚至成为了更加顽强活下去的理由的时候，我发现自己变得成熟，稳重。
”两条腿残废后的最初几年，我找不到工作，找不到去路，忽然间几乎什么都找不到了，我就摇了轮椅总是到它那儿去，仅为着那儿是可以逃避一个世界的另一个世界。
”的确，那些原先他可以也应该获得的都无情将他抛弃了，残疾人往往都要承受好多常人所无法忍受的肉体上的折磨与痛苦，在这里唯一生的欲望那就是当健全的精神力量足以对抗肉体的残疾的时候。
生活里，往往肉体的残疾并不可怕，可怕的是内心不够强大，比如有些癌症病人无意知道了自己患上绝症之后，尽管医生告诉他你还有几年的生命，但是多数人可能连一年都活不到就离开了，因为精神的残疾死亡速度已经远超了肉体的萎缩。
史铁生的《我与地坛》中谈到：
”人为什么活着？
因为人想活着，说到底是这么回事，人真正的名字叫作：
欲望。
可我不怕死，有时候我真的不怕死。
有时候，——说对了。
不怕死和想去死是两回事，有时候不怕死的人是有的，一生下来就不怕死的人是没有的。
我有时候倒是伯活。
可是怕活不等于不想活呀？
可我为什么还想活呢？
因为你还想得到点什么、你觉得你还是可以得到点什么的，比如说爱情，比如说，价值之类，人真正的名字叫欲望。
这不对吗？
”说实话的，父亲离开人世之后我真的不知道自己是怎么熬过来的，直到现在，我都不敢想象那段不堪的过去。
一个仅有10岁的小孩，一个重度残疾无法自理的母亲，然后就仅此而已，生活没有了任何依靠，这里，生活就像史铁生失去了前进的双腿一样，那一段已经成为过不去的过去，我依稀只记得我经常会抱着母亲痛打痛哭，我曾无数次问自己：
”为什么生活可以如此活生生夺取我所有的挚爱，为什么别人家的小孩可以拥有这么完整阳光的童年，而仅有10岁的我就只能接受生活的一次次残酷的挑战，饱受命运的折磨？
”那个时候，母亲也只能无助的含泪轻轻抚摸着我的头发，忍着被我捶打的疼痛，那种曾经的无力感，我至今想起心依旧绞痛着。
如今的我只是庆幸着，那个时候不知被什么信念支撑过着，让我一步一步艰难的从不幸的命运深潭中抽身而出，求学，兼职，照顾残疾母亲，过去的十年我已经尝遍生活带来的百态——冷嘲热讽。
可那又怎么样，生活的形态虽然是畸形的，可是保持灵魂的活力岂非更加重要。

如果说人刚生下来就不平等是你无法改变的，可以接受，因为你无法选择你出生的家庭，家庭的背景；而后天造成的残疾，则是一般人难以接受的现实，他会让你对”人人平等”的概念有着最大的仇视。
我们不能选择命运，但是我们可以选择生活的态度。
所以，与其思索怎样逃避，不如静下心来思考，如何面对接下来的生活，毕竟，人生长路还没有走完，毕竟残废并不代表今后会一无是处。
所以我希望那些逃避现实者，可以看看史铁生的作品，看看史铁生是怎么活的，看看他是如何面对生命，如何在一个不幸的生命活出精彩。
