Modernelectronicproductschangerapidlyisincreasinglyprofoundimpactonpeople'slives,topeople'slifeandworkingwaytobringmoreconveniencetoourdailylives,allaspectsofelectronicproductsintheshadow,singlechipasoneofthemostimportantapplications,inmanywaysithastheinestimablerole.Intelligentcontrolisasinglechip,intelligentcontrolofapplicationsandprospectsareverybroad,theuseofmoderntechnologytoolstodevelopanintelligent,relativelycompletefunctionalsoftwaretoachieveintelligentcontrolsystemhasbecomeanimminenttask.EspeciallyintodaywithMCUbasedintelligentcontroltechnologyintheera,toestablishtheirownpracticalcontrolsystemhasafar-reachingsignificancesowellonthesubjectlatermorefullyunderstandingofSCMareofgreathelpto.

Theso-calledintelligentmonitoringtechnologyisthat:

"theautomaticanalysisandprocessingoftheinformationofthemonitoreddevice".Ifthemonitoredobjectasone'sfieldofvision,andintelligentmonitoringequipmentcanberegardedasthehumanbrain.Intelligentmonitoringwiththeaidofcomputerdataprocessingcapacityofthepowerful,togetinformationinthemassdatatocarryontheanalysis,somefilteringofirrelevantinformation,onlyprovidesomekeyinformation.Intelligentcontroltodigital,intelligentbasis,timelydetectionsystemintheabnormalcondition,andcanbethefastestandbestwaytosoundthealarmandprovideusefulinformation,whichcanmoreeffectivelyassistthesecuritypersonneltodealwiththecrisis,andminimizethedamageandloss,ithasgreatpracticalsignificance,someriskhomework,orartificialunabletocompletetheoperation,canbeusedtorealizeintelligentdevice,whichsolvesalotofartificialcannotsolvetheproblem,Ithink,withthedevelopmentofthesociety,intelligentloadinallaspectsofsociallifeplayanimportantreuse.

Singlechipmicrocomputerasthecoreofcontrolandmonitoringsystems,thesystemstructure,designthought,designmethodandthetraditionalcontrolsystemhasessentialdistinction.Inthetraditionalcontrolormonitoringsystem,controlormonitoringparametersofcircuit,throughthemechanicaldevicedirectlytothemonitoredparameterstoregulateandcontrol,inthesingle-chipmicrocomputerasthecoreofthecontrolsystem,thecontrolparametersandcontrolledparametersarenotdirectlychange,butthecontrolparameteristransformedintoadigitalsignalinputtothemicrocontroller,themicrocontrolleraccordingtoitsoutputsignaltocontrolthecontrolledobject,asintelligentloadmonitoringtest,istheuseofsingle-chipI/Oportoutputsignalofrelaycontrol,thentheloadtocontrolormonitor,thussimilartoanyonesinglechipcontrolsystemstructure,oftensimplifiedtoinputpart,anoutputpartandanelectroniccontrolunit(ECU)

Intelligentmonitoringsystemdesignprinciplefunctionasfollows:

thepowersupplymoduleis0~220VACvoltageintoa0~5VDClowvoltage,aseachmoduletoprovidenormalworkingvoltage,anothersetofADCmoduleworklimitvoltageof5V,iftheinputvoltageisgreaterthan5V,itcannotworknormally(butthedesignisprovidedfortheloadvoltageinthe0~5V,soitwillnotbeconsidered),atthesametimetransformeronloadcurrentissampledontheaccused,theloadcurrentintoavoltagesignal,andthenthroughthecurrent-voltageconversion,andpassesthroughthebridgerectificationintostablevoltagevalue,willrealizetheloadthecurrentvalueisconvertedtoasinglechipcanhandle0~5Vvoltagevalue,thentheD2diodecutoff,powersupplymoduleonlyplaystheroleofpowersupply.Signaltotheanalog-to-digitalconversionmodule,throughquantization,coding,theanalogvoltagevalueinto8bitsofthedigitalvoltagevalue,repeatedlytotheanalogvoltage16ADconversion,andthe16thedigitalvoltagevalueand,tocalculatetheaveragevalue,theaveragevaluethroughadatabustosendAT89C51P0,acceptedAT89C51read,AT89C51willreadthedigitalsignalandsoftwaresettingloadnormalworkingvoltagereferencerange[VMIN,VMAX]comparedwiththereferencevoltagerange,ifnotconsistent,thentheP1.0outputlowlevel,closetherelay,cutofftheloadonthefaultsource,tostopitssampling,whileP1.1outputhighlevelfaultlight,i.e.,P1.3outputlowlevel,namelynormallights.Therelayisdisconnectedafterabout2minutes,theAT89C51P1.0outputshighlevel(softwaredesign),automaticclosingrelay,thentoloadthecurrentregularsampling,ADconversion,toaccepttheAT89C51read,comparison,ifconsistent,thentheP1.1outputlowlevel,namelyfaultlightsout,whileP1.3outputhighlevel,i.e.normallamp(softwareset);ifyouarestillinconsistent,thentheneedtomanuallyswitchS1tossto"repair"theslip,disconnecttherelaycontrol,loadadjustingtheresistancevalueis:

theloaddetectionandrepair,andthenclosetheS1repeatedlytotheloadcurrentsampling,untilthenormallampbright,repeatedthisprocess,constantlyontheloadtestingtoensuretheloadproblemstimelyrepair,makeitwork.

Intheintelligentloadmonitoringsystem,usingthemonolithicintegratedcircuittotheload(voltagetoohighortoosmall)intelligentdetectionandcontrol,isachievedbycontrollingtherelayandtransformersamplingtoachieve,infactdirectcontrolofsingle-chipistheworkingstateoftherelayandthealarmcircuitworkingstate,thesystemshouldachievetechnicalfeaturesofthisthesisareasfollows

(1)accordingtotheloadcurrentchangestocontrolrelays,thecontrolparameteristheloadcurrent,isthecontrolparameteristherelayswitchon-offandledthestate;

(2)thesetcurrentreferencevoltagerange(loadnormalworkingvoltagerange),byAT89C51chipthedesignofthesoftwaresection,provideabasisforcomparison;(3)theuseofsingle-chipmicrocomputertocontrolthelight-emittingdiodetodisplaythecurrentstateofchange(normal/fault/repair);specificsummary:

Transformeronloadcurrentissampled,acurrent/voltageconverter,filter,regulator,throughtheanalog-digitalconversion,toaccepttheAT89C51chiptoread,AT89C51toreaddataiscomparedwiththereferencevoltage,ifnormal,thenormallight,theoutputportP.0highlevel,therelayisclosed,isprovidedtotheloadvoltagefaultlight;otherwise,P1.0outputlowlevel,Thedisconnectingrelaytodisconnecttheload,thevoltageonthesampling,stop.Twominutesafterclosingrelay,timingsampling.

智能控制系统的开发应用

现代社会电子产品日新月异正在越来越深远的影响着人们的生活,给人们的生活和工作方式带来越来越大的方便,我们的日常生活各个方面都有电子产品的影子,单片机作为其中一个最重要的应用,在很多方面都有着不可估量的作用。

智能控制是单片机的一个方面,智能控制的用途和前景非常的广大,利用现代化的技术工具开发一种智能化、功能相对齐全的软件来实现社会智能化控制系统就成为了当前迫在眉睫的任务。

尤其是在今天以单片机为基础的智能控制技术盛行的时代,建立属于自己的实用性控制系统具有深远的意义所以做好这个课题对以后更加充分了解单片机有很大帮助。

所谓智能监控技术是指:

“自动的分析和处理被监控设备的信息”。

如果把监控对象看作人的视野,而智能监控设备就可以看作人的大脑。

智能监控借助计算机强大的数据处理能力,对得到信息中的海量数据进行分析,过滤掉一些不相关的信息,仅仅提供一些关键信息。

智能监控以数字化、智能化为基础,及时发现系统中的异常情况,并能够以最快和最佳的方式发出警报和提供有用的信息,从而能够更加有效地协助安全人员处理危机,并最大限度地降低危害和损失,这具有很大的实用意义,有些高危作业,或者人工无法完成的作业,都可以利用智能装置来实现,这解决了很多人工无法解决的难题,我想,随着社会发展,智能负载会在社会生活的各个方面发挥重要重用。

以单片机为核心的控制和监控系统,其系统构成、设计思想、设计方法与传统控制系统有根本的区别。

在传统的控制或监控系统中,控制或监控参数通过电路、机械装置等直接对被监控参数进行调节与控制,而在单片机为核心的控制系统中,控制参数和被控参数不直接发生变化,而是将控制参数转化为数字信号输入到单片机内,单片机根据其情况向被控对象输出信号进行控制,正如智能负载监控试验,就是利用单片机I/O口输出信号对继电器进行控制,进而对负载进行控制或监控,因此类似任何一个单片机控制系统的组成结构,一般常化简为输入部分、输出部分和电子控制单元(ECU)

智能监控系统设计原理功能如下:

电源模块是将0~220V的交流电压转化为0~5V的直流低电压,作为各个模块提供正常工作的电压,另外设定了模数转换模块的正常工作极限电压为5V,若输入的电压值大于5V,则其不能正常工作(不过设计为负载提供的电压在0~5V之间,所以这点不予考虑),同时互感器对被控负载上的电流进行采样,将负载上电流转化为电压信号,然后经过电流—电压转换,并经过桥式整流后转化为稳定的电压值,实现了将负载上的电流值转换为单片机可以处理的0~5V的电压值,这时D2二极管截止,电源模块只起到供电作用。

信号送入模数转换模块,经过量化、编码,将模拟电压值转化为8位数字电压值,反复对模拟电压进行16次AD转换,并将16次所得到数字电压值求和,再求其平均值,将平均值经数据总线送AT89C51的P0口,接受AT89C51的读取,AT89C51将读取的数字信号与软件设置的负载正常工作的基准电压范围[VMIN,VMAX]比较,若与基准电压范围不相一致,这时P1.0口输出低电平,关闭继电器,切断负载上的断源,停止其采样,同时P1.1口输出高电平,即故障灯亮,P1.3口输出低电平,即正常灯灭。

在继电器断开之后约2分钟,AT89C51的P1.0口输出高电平(软件设计),自动闭合继电器,然后对负载上的电流进行定时采样、AD转换,接受AT89C51读取、比较,若一致,这时P1.1口输出低电平,即故障灯灭,同时P1.3
