一、培养目标与毕业要求
ⅠEducationalObjectives&
Requirement
（一）培养目标
（1）身心健康，具备良好的敬业精神、社会责任感和财经职业道德，关注并了解当代全球和国内社会经济问题，具有商业伦理意识、环保意识和安全意识。
（2）具有从事财务管理、会计、投资理财、管理咨询及其它相关经济管理工作所需的专业知识、统计知识和信息技术，并能将统计学和信息技术工具运用于解决实践问题。
（3）具有解决财务、会计和金融管理实际问题的能力。
（4）具有财务会计软件应用和财务信息分析与决策能力。
（5）具有良好的口头和书面表达和交流沟通能力、良好的团队意识和合作精神，具有终身学习的能力。
ⅰ.EducationalObjectives
Themajorbringsupstudentstobewith：
（1）Thegoodphysicalandspiritualhealth,thegoodprofessionalspirit,thesenseofsocialresponsibilityandfinancialoccupationmoral,theattentionandunderstandingofcontemporaryglobalanddomesticsocialandeconomicissues,theconsciousnessofbusinessethics,theenvironmentalawarenessandsafetyawareness.
（2）Theknowledgeofprofession,statisticsandinformationtechnologyrequiredinthepracticesoffinancialmanagement,accounting,investment,managementconsultingandotherrelatedeconomicmanagementworks,aswellastheabilitytousestatisticsandinformationtechnologytoolstosolvepracticalproblems.
（3）Thebasicabilitytosolvepracticalproblemsofaccounting,financialmanagementandinvestment.
（4）Theabilitytousefinancialandaccountingsoftwareandtoanalyzefinancialinformationanddotherelateddecisionmaking.
（5）Thegoodskillsinoralandwrittenexpressionandcommunicationskills,thefineteamconsciousnessandteamspirit,aswellastheintentionandabilityofstudyingprofessionalknowledgeforever.
（二）毕业要求
（1）学生掌握从事本专业领域所需的经济学、法律、管理学、数学、统计基本知识。
（2）学生掌握本专业的基本理论知识和财务会计基础知识，能够利用原理性知识分析和解决财务、会计和金融管理领域的实际问题。
（3）学生熟悉工商企业、金融企业和事业单位管理职能以及相关单位财会工作的业务流程，掌握会计核算的基本业务技能。
（4）学生掌握财务分析的基本技能，具备阅读财务报表的能力，能够撰写企事业单位财务分析报告。
（5）学生掌握企业资金管理、预算管理和纳税筹划的基本理论和实务运作。
（6）学生掌握企业内部控制、公司治理、战略与风险管理的基本理论、制度设计与实务运作。
（7）学生具备有关金融市场、金融机构和金融工具的理论知识和应用知识。
（8）学生掌握证券投资分析和企业价值评估的基本流程和方法。
（9）学生掌握项目投融资的基本理论知识，熟悉项目投资评价的基本流程和方法，具有撰写商业计划书和可行性报告中有关财务可行性评价内容的能力。
（10）学生具备有效利用Excel进行财务报表编制、财务信息处理和财务决策的能力。
（11）学生具备常用财务和会计电算化软件，以及常用统计软件的操作能力，以及相关财务软件的开发应用能力。
（12）学生了解本专业的发展动态和前沿，熟悉会计准则、资本市场和金融领域的发展方向。
（13）学生具有良好的思想素质、身体素质、心理素质、文化修养、社会道德和责任担当等人文素养。
（14）学生具有逻辑思维和辩证思维的能力，具有批判意识和求真务实的科学思维方法，具有创新意识，掌握基本的创新方法。
（15）学生掌握运用现代信息技术跟踪并获取信息的方法，熟练进行文献检索和资料查询。
（16）学生具有良好的口头和书面表达和交流能力，至少熟练掌握一门外语进行技术沟通和交流能力。
具有良好的团队意识和合作精神。
（17）学生具有本专业相关职业岗位所需职业能力，鼓励学生在校期间获得会计从业资格证书和证券从业资格证书。
（18）学生具有进行终身学习的能力，具有适应财务业务不断发展的能力。

（3）Tobefamiliarwiththemanagementfunctionsofindustrialandcommercialenterprises,financialenterprisesandinstitutionsandtheirrelatedaccountingprocesses,andgraspingthebasictechniquesofaccounting.
（4）Masteringthebasicskillsoffinancialanalysis,havingtheabilitytoreadfinancialstatementsandtowritethereportoffinancial.
（5）Masteringthebasictheoriesandpracticalskillsinthecapitalmanagement,budgetmanagementandthetaxplanninginenterprises.
（6）Graspingthebasictheories,systemdesignandpracticesofinternalcontrol,corporategovernance,andstrategyandriskmanagementinenterprises.
（7）Acquiringthetheoreticalknowledgeandapplicationtechniquesinfinancialmarkets,financialinstitutionsandfinancialinstruments.

（12）Understandingthedynamicdevelopmentandresearchfrontierofthismajor,andbefamiliarwiththedevelopmentdirectionofaccountingstandards,capitalmarketandthefinancialsector.
（13）Havingthegoodthoughtquality,physicalquality,psychologicalquality,culture,moralityandsocialresponsibilityandotherhumanisticliteracy.
（14）Acquiringtheabilityoflogicalthinkinganddialecticalthinking,thescientificthinkingmethodofcriticalconsciousnessandpragmatic,innovativeconsciousness,aswellasmasteringthebasiccreativeideasinfinancialandaccountingareas.
