模拟面试组织委员收到完整申请后为申请者进行面试遴选，如学生未能亲往面试地点，视为自动放弃参赛资格。
面试阶段会衡量申请者的沟通能力、学习能力、事业规划、工作经验、问题解决能力、商业道德理解以及其他相关能力。
Weconductpersonalinterviewwithshort-listedapplicantsresidinginHongKongandinAsiawherepossible.Otherwisethequalificationwillbecanceled.Motivation,interpersonalandcommunicationskills,careerplansandmaturitywillbeassessedduringtheinterview.

行政决定 StepFour:
Admissionsdecision
模拟面试组织委员会的评估是基于申请者提供的信息以及申请者面试之表现。
行政决定并非公式化但会基于申请者的整体素质考虑。
成功的申请者会在面试后一个工作月内收到模拟面试组织委员会的录取通知书。
Evaluationisbasedontheinformationprovidedintheapplicationandinterviewperformance.Admissionsdecisionsarenotformula-drivenbutdependonanapplicant’soverallprofile.Successfulapplicantswillreceiveanofferwithinonemonthoftheinterview.

成功的候选人会被要求于指定日期内提交由候选人签名的接受表格。

候选人提交签名的接受表格之后会收到模拟面试组织委员会发送的项目指引说明。

准备赴港手续 StepEight:
PrepareforHongKongVisa
所有通过审核的申请者收到通知书后需要自己负责相关香港签证以及购买旅游保险，并自行安排住宿。
Allparticipantsmustpreparethevisa,travelinsuranceandhotelbythemselvesbeforestartingtheBusinessImmersionProgram.

申请人须知
NOTESFORAPPLICANTS
以下备注为填写申请书（A.F.MIP）提供指引。
Thefollowingnotesgiveguidanceonhowtocompletetheapplicationform（A.F.MIP）
（a）申请人只能就此次项目填写一份申请书。
Applicantshouldcompleteoneapplicationformforthisprogram.
（b）请用黑色墨水笔或原子笔，以正楷填写各项。
Pleasecompleteeveryiteminblocklettersandinblackink.
（c）申请人须填妥申请书各项，并提供正确数据。
如空位不敷填写，申请人应另页详列有关资料，随申请书附上。
Pleaseensurethatallpartsintheformarecompletedandtheinformationisaccurate.Ifthereisinsufficientspace,pleasegivedetailsonaseparatesheettobeattachedtotheapplicationform.
（d）申请人必须填报申请书内要求提供的所有个人资料（注明是可选择是否填报的数据则属例外），否则申请书将不获受理。
Yourprovisionofallthepersonaldatarequestedinthisformisobligatory（exceptthoseitemsclearlymarkedasoptional）.Youshouldparticularlynotethatprogrammayrequireyoutoprovidespecificdetailstosupportyourapplicationforindividualvacancies.Yourapplicationwillnotbeconsideredifyoufailtoprovideallinformationasrequestedoritisnotclearly.
（e）申请人在本申请书内所提供的个人资料，将用于项目以及其他与有关的事宜上。
如有需要，有关资料可能会送交获授权处理有关数据的部门及其他组织或机构，用以进行与项目有关的事宜，例如学历评审、体格检查、雇主推荐及操守审查等。
在一般情况下，未获取录申请人的数据将于其落选日期后12个月全部销毁。
Thepersonaldataprovidedinthisformwillbeusedfortheprogramandotherprogram-relatedpurposes.ItmaybeprovidedtorelateddepartmentsandotherorganizationsoragenciesauthorizedtoprocesstheinformationforpurposesrelatingtorecruitmentbyandemploymentwiththeGovernmente.g.qualificationsassessment,medicalexamination,employerreferenceandintegritychecking,etc.asmaybenecessary.Informationonunsuccessfulcandidateswillnormallybedestroyed12monthsafterrejectionofthecandidate’sapplication.
（f）填妥本表格后，你可保留副本一份，作个人参考之用。

（g）提交申请书后，本申请书内所提供的数据如有任何更改时，申请人必须通知相关部门。

本人明白并同意如在活动期间遇上台风警号（八号或以上）或黑色暴雨警告，该天活动将会无条件取消。

本人明白并同意，商业体验项目之关系是公司与申请者之间的关系，两者发生的任何纠纷，模拟面试组委会不承担与之相关的任何法律责任。

本人明白并同意住行安排以及在港酒店的安全是旅行社负责。
模拟面试组委会只负责协助，监督以及接受投诉和反馈，不对住行安排之矛盾纠纷及人身财产安全等问题承担任何法律责任。

本人明白并同意遵守模拟面试组委会的安排，模拟面试组委会有权取消其参加项目的资格，即使学生已获录取通知书，亦可遭无条件取消。
IunderstandandaccepttofollowallarrangementbyOrganizationCommitteeoftheMockInterviewProgram,andtheOrganizationCommitteehavetherighttorendertheapplicantsliabletodisqualificationforrecruitment,eveniftheapplicanthavealreadyreceivedtheofferfromtheOrganizationCommitteeoftheMockInterviewProgram.
本人同意，模拟面试组委会可就进行与项目有关的事宜及为核实上述数据而进行必要的查询。
本人授权模拟面试组委会可就这些查询透露任何有关记录及数据（包括在提出聘任前，向本人的现时及/或前雇主索取雇主推荐书；向有关当局/机构/医护人员索取本人的体格检查报告、医事委员会报告或诊疗记录，并将有关数据送交其他当局/机构/医护人员；以及向有关院校/机构查询本人的学历/专业资格和索取有关记录，并将有关数据送交其他当局/机构进行学历评审）。
IconsenttotheOrganizationCommitteeoftheMockInterviewProgrammakinganynecessaryenquiriesforpurposesrelatingtotheprogramwiththeOrganizationCommitteeoftheMockInterviewProgramandfortheverificationoftheinformationgivenabove.IauthorizeOrganizationCommitteeoftheMockInterviewProgramtoreleaseanyrecordorinformationasmayberequiredfortheseenquiries（including,interalia,obtainingareferencefrommycurrentand/orpreviousemployer（s）beforeofferofappointment;obtainingmymedicalexaminationreports,medicalboardreportsormedicalrecordsfromrelevantauthorities/agencies/medicalpersonnelandtransferringofsuchdatatootherauthorities/agencies/medicalpersonnel;andmakingenquiriesfromrelevant
