,(P6),庞贝古城遗址,庞贝古城建于公元前600年左右,是当时的希腊城市,公元前80年成为罗马帝国的一部分。
这座城市是古罗马一个十分富裕的城市,有钱人纷纷在此居住,城内设施十分豪华。
公元63年,这里曾经发生过一次大地震,16年后的公元79年8月的一个周日,火山爆发,庞贝古城从此消失。
一直到1748年,就像中国农民打井发现兵马俑一样,一个意大利农民在种地时偶然发现,庞贝古城重见天日。
历经百余年几代考古人员的努力,一个罗马古城的形态重新呈现在人们的视野里。
现在的庞贝古城遗址东西长1200米,南北宽700米,城内面积18平方公里,有城门七扇。
城内四条大街呈“井”字形纵横交错。
主街宽7米,由石板铺就,沿街有排水沟。
城内最宏伟的建筑物,都集中在西南部一个长方形的公共广场四周,这里是庞贝政治、经济和宗教的中心。
宽阔的街道,曾经的恢弘建筑,小型演出场所,寂静的街道,空谷幽巷,两千年前的壁画,地上各种精心雕刻的图案,这可能是个饭馆,阳光穿越还是时光穿越,我想起舒婷的一首诗:
爱情穿过生死的界限,世纪的空间,交织着万古常新的目光,曾经的繁华似曾相似,小巷人家,大户人家还是富家商城,两千年前的图案今天还在使用,立体感很强,这应该是一个大型建筑,这算罗马大道吗?
这是曾经的都市中心所在地,这是一个作坊,那些罐子应该是装酒的器具,哭泣的小男孩,又是一个这些像化石一般的尸体,反映出人们世界末日前的真实状态。
这是考古人员的一个创举,他们发现当那时的人们在突如其来的天灾面前离世后,经过一千多年的时光,尸体残骸早已无存,在已经坚硬的石灰石外壳中形成空洞,考古人员给这些空洞里面注入石膏,然后再去掉外壳,真实的还原了人们临死前的逼真形态。
