Abstract

Atpresent,thedevelopmentoflogisticsisthelogisticsdemandrapidincrease,theexpandingmarketcapacity,acceleratestheconstructionoflogisticsinfrastructure,third-partylogisticsfastgrowththetendency,thewholelogisticsindustryisdevelopinginthedirectionoftheinformation,globalizationandspecialization.Atthesametime,withtherapidincreaseoflogisticsdemand,thedevelopmentoftheregionallogisticsmorerapidly.Regionallogisticsisanimportantpartofregionaleconomy,theexistenceanddevelopmentofregionallogisticsisthepremiseofexistenceanddevelopmentofregionaleconomy,noregionaleconomytherewouldbenoregionallogistics.Regionallogisticsandregionaleconomicdevelopmentlevel,iscloselyrelatedtothescaleandthelevelofthedifferentregionaleconomicshape,sizeandindustry,determinesthelevelofregionallogistics,thescaleandstructureform.Regionaleconomicintegrationcanmaketheareaandregionallogisticsinclinetoreasonable,adapttoreasonablelayoutofindustrialstructure,toreducelogisticscost,promotethedevelopmentofregionallogistics.Ontheotherhand,theregionaleconomicdevelopmentisinseparablefromthedevelopmentofregionallogisticsandregionallogisticstoprovidesupportandguaranteeforthedevelopmentofregionaleconomy,thedevelopmentoftheregionallogisticswilldriveandpromotethefurtherdevelopmentofregionaleconomy.Therefore,thedevelopmentoftheregionallogisticshasbecometoimprovetheregionalinvestmentenvironmentandindustrydevelopmentenvironment,expandingthescopeoftheregionalinfluence,thekeytoenhancingregionalcompetitiveness.

1Introduction

Therapiddevelopmentofworldeconomyandtheprogressofmodernscienceandtechnology,thelogisticsindustryasanemergingserviceindustry,isdevelopingrapidlyintheglobalscope.Internationally,logisticsindustryisconsideredtobetheeconomicdevelopmentofthearteryandbasicindustry,itsdevelopmentdegreebecometomeasureacountry'

smodernizationdegreeandcomprehensivenationalstrength,oneoftheimportantmarksisknownasthe"

thirdprofitsource"

oftheenterprise,itsroleismoreandmorebig,becamethecurrentaftertheITindustry,financialindustry'

shottestemergingindustryanewgrowthpointofnationaleconomy,andcausedwidespreadsocialattention.Regionallogisticsisanimportantcomponentofregionaleconomy,istheimportantforceintheformationanddevelopmentofregionaleconomy,itistoimprovetheefficiencyandeconomicbenefitinthefieldofregionalcirculation,improvethecompetitiveabilityofregionalmarket,etc.,playsapositiveroleinactive.Behindtherapiddevelopmentofmodernlogistics,however,therearestillmanyproblems;

includinglogisticscompetitivenesslevelislowerthantheleveloflogisticsdevelopmentisparticularlyprominent.Choosinglogisticscompetitivenessdevelopmentlevelevaluationindex,sincethereisnouniformstandard,canonlyusefreightorfreightturnoverscaletomeasurelogistics.Implementationofgoodstransportistheprocessoflogisticsspatialdisplacementatthecenterofthelink,withthetwoindicatorstomeasurelogisticsscalehascertainscientific,butitcan'

Relatedtheory,thestudyofregionallogistics,thelogisticsresearchofEuropeandtheUnitedStates,Japanandotherdevelopedcountries,focusontheenterpriselevel,iscommittedtoprovidingenterpriseoptimizationstrategy.Andregionallogisticssystemandcompetitivenessresearch,involved.Accordingtoliteraturereview,theregionalinternationallogisticsfieldofresearchmainlyincludesthefollowingaspects:

3Introductiontothetheoryofregionallogisticsrelated

3.1Thedefinitionofregionallogistics

Academicdefinitionofregionallogisticshasnotyetunified,amoreacceptedviewisthatregionallogisticsisthegeographicalenvironmentinacertainarea,withlargeandmedium-sizedcitiesasthecenter,basedontheregionalscaleandscopeeconomy,combinedwitheffectivelogisticsservicescope,areainsideandoutsideofallkindsofgoodsfromthesuppliertoaccepttoeffectiveentityflow;
