being1.5kmstotheeastoflianchengcounty,westernpartoffujian,itisnamedaftertheshapeofthemountainwhichissimilartotheancientofficialhat.coveringanareaof123squarekms,itcomposesguanzaimountain,shimenlake,zhu’anstockadedvillage,qishistockadedvillageandjiulonglake.themountainisbothmagnificentandbeautifulwithrisingpeaks,greenmountainsandclearwater,integratinghills,water,rocks,caves,spring,templeandgardeninonescene.inaddition,thehakkacultureeichesitsculture

6.taoyuancave（peachblossomcave）桃源洞:

lyinginthenorthpartofyong’ancity,oneoftheexcellenttouristcitiesofchina,bythestatehighway205,coveringanareaof28.78squarekms,theresortiscomposedoffivescenicspots,suchastaoyuancave,baizhangrock,xiuzhubay,geliandpinglvpool.itisnamedbecauseofitsmagnificentpeaks,beautifulhillsandclearwater,justlikealandofpeachblossoms.the“one-thread-sky”,oncehighlypraisedbyxuxiake,a

well-knowtraveler,wontheguinessrecord.

7.qingyunmountain青云山:

lyinginyongtaicountyoffuzhoucity.themainpeakis1130metersabovesealevel.coveringanareaof50squarekms,it

boasts9peaksof1000mhigh,with9streamsrunningthroughit.inthesongdynasty,xiaoguoliang,ascholarusedtostudyhardonthemountain,andgotnumberoneduringtheofficialexaminationinbeijing,andwaspromotedfromthenone,

becomingthefirstnumberonescholarinyongtai,therefore,themountaingotitsname“qingyun”,meaningclimbinguptothesky.therearetouristattractionslikeqinglongwaterfall,yuntianstonepassage,whitehorse,ect.

8.mounttaimu太姥山:

lyinginfuding,easternpartoffujianprovince,itis1008metersabovesealevel,coveringanareaof60squarekms.thelandformstakeitsshapebecauseoftheincomingrisingundergroundmagmaduringyanshan

movement.facingthesea,itconsistsofsixkindsoflandforms,suchasmountainsandrivers,islands,waterfalls,ancienttemples,villagesandcastles.italsoenjoysthereputationas“fairylandonthesea”.itisthestatekeyscenicspot.

9.baishuiyang白水洋:

lyinginpingnan,eastpartoffujianprovince,itissurroundedbygreenhills,withtwoclearstreamjoiningtogetherontherockbed

whichisabout80,000squaremeters,ofwhich,thebiggestoneisover40,000squaremeters,with182metersinmaximumwidth.thewatershinesinthesun,hence,

“baishuiyang”（whitewaterocean）

10.drummountain鼓山:

lyinginthesoutheasternpartoffuzhou,northernbankoftheminriver,itis969metersabovesealevel,coveringanareaof1890hectares.drummountainisthestatekeyscenicarea.itisnamedafterthehugerockontopofthemountain,soundinglikedrumbeateninrainandwind.itisgreenallyearroundwithmorethan160placesofinterestsandhistoricalrelics,suchasyongquantemple（springgushingtemple）,18touristattractionsofdamo,whitecloudcave,andguling,etc.

11.haitanisland,alsonamedpingtanisland平潭岛.beingsurroundedbysea,asitlooks

likealtaronthesea,ithasbeencalled“haitanisland”（altarontheseaisland）.itisonly68nauticalmilesawayfromxinzhuportoftaiwan,theclosestcountytotaiwanonthemainland.themainislandcoversanareaof251squarekms,makingitselfthefifthbiggestislandinchina,andthebiggestislandinfujian.asthestatekeyscenicspot,itenjoysthereputationas“thenumberoneseabeachinchina”2

12.qingyuanmountain清源山:

statekeyscenicspot.coveringanareaof62squarekms,itis2kmsawayfromthefamoushistoricalculturecity–quanzhou.withthemagnificentoutlook,beautifulscenery,uniquecavesandflyingwaterfalls,qingyuanmountainwasknownforits36cavesinthepast.now,thereare3keyculturalrelicsunderstatepreservation,andover600calligraphyinscriptionsoverthehistory.boththetreasureculturalrelicsandwonderfulnaturelandscapekeeptouristslingeringon.

13.yuhuacave玉华洞:

lyingatthefootoftianjiemountain,7kmssouthtojianglecounty,northoffujianprovince,itgotitsnamebecauseoftheshiningjade-likerockincaves.xuxiake,awell-knownscholarinhistory,oncewrotedownanarticleontourofyuhuacave.thecaveis5kmslong.themaincaveis2.5kmsinlength,andthereareother6branchcaves.togetherwithmount.wuyishanandgoldlake,itconstitutesthefamous“greentriangle”touristroute.

14.wanshibotanicalgarden万石植物园:

lyinginthecitycenterofxiamencity,coveringanareaof2.27squarekms,itisthestatekeyscenicspotandoneofthefirstbatchesof4agradetouristarea.overthepast4decadessincethegardenwasbuilt,ithasintroducedandcultivatedmorethan5300plantspecies,andestablishedmorethan10specialplantgardenswithdifferentcharacteristicssuchasgardenofpinesandfirs,rosegarden,andhundredflowergarden,ofwhich,cactusandpalmtreesaresecondtononeinchina.

15.fuzhounationalforestpark福州国家森林公园:

lyinginthenorthernsuburboffuzhoucity,itcoversanareaof859.3hectares.theparkisnotonlybeautifulinscenerywithgreenhillsandclearwater,butalsoisrichinscientificconnotation.withover1700kindsofplantspecies,itisoneofthekeyscientificeducationbases.thescenicareaintegratestheforesttour,holidaytourwithforestryscientificeducation.

16.chongwuancientcity崇武古城:

thekeyrelicunderstatepreservation.builtinthe20thyearofthereignofhongwuofthemingdynasty（1387）,itissituatedonthesoutheasternpartofchongwupeninsulainsouthernfujian.builtingranitestones,itistheonlywell-keptstonecityinchina.“thestonecavingmuseum”,whichinvolvedinhugeamountofinvestment,exhibitsmorethan500stonecavingworks,andhundredsofrockcavingworks.

17.kaiyuantemple开元寺:

lyinginthebusyweststreetofquanzhoucity,builtinthe2ndreignofcuigongofthetangdynasty（686ad）,itboastsanareaof78000squaremeters.inthetemple,onecanvisittheimposingeastandwestpagodas,therarelyseenmountaingate–heavenlykingshall,hundred-pillarhall,andsweetdewwarningaltar.theonlyoneguardianworriorinchina,thewufangbuddha,3

theflyingmusiciansandthehinduiststonecavingareraretreasuresintheworld,andthe1300-yearoldmulberrytreeisuivaled.

18.qingshuirock清水岩:

lying24kmswesttoanxicounty,southoffujian,itistheprovincial-levelscenicspotandculturalrelicsunderprovincialpreservationwithquietandtasteful
