三、结构及工作原理
本机主要由主机、风机、分离器、集粉器、除尘器等部分组成，主机内部分为粉碎室、塞档室、风机室三部分。
机器工作时，物料由进料口投入粉碎室后，受高速旋转的打板的冲击和高气流剪切将其粉碎，粉碎后的物料经塞档室分级进入风机室，由风轮的吹送以及风机的引力使物料进入分离器，经分离器再次分级处理，粗料由回料咀返回粉碎室进行再次粉碎，成品料由引风机引出进入集粉器装袋包装，余风由除尘散风装置排出。
四、细度调节
1.粗调：
机内装有塞档，将塞档架螺栓松开，调节塞档板与机壳锥形面之间的间隙，间隙越大细度越低，间隙越小细度越高，但塞挡打板斜面与机壳锥形面之间的距离不应小于3毫米。
2.细调：
（1）调节风帽高低：
在分离器内，芯管上端装有可升降风帽，风帽降低，细度升高，反之细度相应下降。
风帽由风帽支架支撑在芯管上，如果您要求的细度较低可去掉风帽试调。
（2）风量调节：
在引风机进风立管下部装有翻板调节器进行风量调节，风量小细度高，风量大细度低，但应注意风量过小时容易从分离器回料咀向外喷料，请用户适当调整。
（3）主机风扇叶调整：
如果风量已调到最小，风帽降到最低，细度仍达不到要求，这时可将主机风扇叶减少，减少为3片或者2片，使主机送风量减小，增加物料在机内粉碎时间。
3.通过以上调整，细度达到要求，即可连续生产，如果更换物料，改变细度，应再行调整。
五、安装
安装可参考基础图以及结构示意图（附后），用户可以根据厂房情况适当调整布局。
六、使用及保养
1.主机和风机轴承每周加洁净黄油一次。
2.开机前须转动主轴，检查机内有无异常声音，发现问题及时处理，以免损坏机件。
3.进料要求均匀，粒度可根据原料硬度适当调整，较硬物料直径在3厘米以下较为理想。
4.严禁将金属块投入机内，以免打坏机件。
5.400型布袋长度不少于2.5米，700型布袋长度不少于3米。
使用中应经常抖动，使粉尘落入料仓，便于排风。
6.开关机顺序：
开机时，先开风机，后开主机；
停机时，先停主机，后停风机。

1.GeneralAdjustment
Loosethescrewboltsofblockingframeinthemachineandregulatethegapbetweenblockingpanelandcone-shapedpaneltogetneedfuloutletsize.Regulatethegapsmallertogetfineoutletsizeandregulateitbiggertogetcoarseoutletsize.Whatever,youshouldkeepthegapnosmallerthan3mm.
2.PreciseAdjustment
1）Adjusthoodheight:
Thehoodatthetopofcorepipeintheseparatorcanbeliftedup-and-down.Lowerthehoodtogetfineoutletsizeandinotherwaytogetcoarsesize.Ifyouwanttogetfineroutletsize,pleasetrytoremovethehood.
2）AirVolumeControl
Airvolumecanbecontrolledbyadjustingtheflapregulatoratthebottomofinletpipeofinducingfan.Adjustsmallervolumetogetfinesizeandinotherwaytogetcoarsesize;
pleaseadjustthevolumeproperly,orthematerialsseparatorwillfeedbackandsprayfromthenozzle.
3）Adjustthenumbersoffanbladesofmainmachine
Iftheairvolumehasbeenregulatedtothesmallestandthehoodhasbeendowntothelowest,youcanreducethenumbersoffanbladestobe3or2togetsuperfineoutletsize.
3.Doasaboveinstructionstogetneedfuloutletsizeandthenkeepcontinuousproducinguntilyouchangetherawmaterialsoradjustoutletsize.
Installthesystemaccordingtothefoundationdrawing,configurationdrawingandlocalproductionenvironment.
1.Greasebearingsofmainmachineandairblowerwithcleanlubricantonceaweek;
2.Beforestartoperation,pleasecheckandrunthemainshafttoensurenoproblemsandnonoise;
3.Feedthemachineevenlyandfeedingsizecanbeadjustedaccordingtothehardnessofrawmaterials;
forhardmaterials,pleasekeepthefeedingsizenolargerthan3cm;
4.Metalisstrictlyforbiddentobefeedintothemachineincasedamagingmachineparts;
5.FormodelGXF-400,lengthoffilterbagsshouldbenotlessthan2.5meters;
formodelGXF-700,thelengthshouldbenotlessthan3meters.Shakethebagsregularlysothatdustsfallingintothehopperandimprovetheairfiltering;
