一、实验目的：

学习怎样快速的得到一个信息系统的概要。

二、实验步骤及过程原始记录（数据、图表等）
实验一的步骤:
ACTIVITY1-INSERTANINCIDENT（插入一个意外）
打开程序，然后选择INSERTANINCIDENT选项，并点击进入。
进入插入系统之后，按照所给的案例进行数据的录入。
除了要将显明的数据录入外，我们可以选择一些我们认为重要的信息和数据录入。
当信息全部录入结束后，我们可以再次查看刚录入的所有的数据，检查是否录入有误。
ACTIVITY2-REPORTGENERATION（报告生成）
可以查看系统里面的报告，可以按年份和意外的类型来查看报告，通过报告我们可以很简单的得到某个阶段生某种病的人数。
打开信息系统，选择REPORTGENERATION选项，并点击进入。
进入报告系统后，根据需要键入自己想要查询的信息的条件，然后会得到想要的报告数据。
如图所示：
可以根据需要选择是否打印此报告。
如果需要打印就点击yes。
ACTIVITY3-DELETINGANINCIDENT（删除一个事故）
根据需要，我们可以在系统中删除一个事故。
在系统里删除事故，首先需要知道事故的编号，如果不知道的话，我们需要到查询系统里通过病人的名字来找到事故编号。
如图所示，选择该选项进入。
进入后需要填入病人的姓氏：
接着填入名字：
然后可以查询到病人的各项信息，记住病人的事故编号，图中为84.
知道了事故编号就可以进行删除操作了，选择DeleteanIncident选项，点击进入。
键入事故编号：
进入后会跳出该病人的整个信息，如果确定删除的话就选择yes。
ACTIVITY4-OVERVIEWOFTHESYSTEM
Agoodwaytoobtain（获得）anoverview（概述）ofasystemistolook（orinthiscaseconstruct（构造））amenuhierarchydiagram（层次图）.ConstructamenuhierarchydiagramfortheMirridongsystem.Provideaone-linesummaryofeachcomponent（组件）.
为影子系统构造一个菜单层次图，为每个组件提供一句话的简介。

三、实验小结与体会
通过实验一和实验二我学习了怎样去实际应用一个简单的信息系统，学习了怎样快速的得到一个信息系统的概要，并从信息系统中得到想要的信息，学习了怎样向信息系统里插入和输出数据，了解了不同类型的文件在一个信息系统中的目的和作用。
实验过程中，由于信息系统比较完善，使得我们操作起来比较容易上手，整个实验都完成的较为轻松，唯一可能不太上手的地方就是实验说明书上的英文有时候会不理解是什么意思，还有就是信息系统中的操作提示什么的都是用英文描述的，有时候不理解它的意思会导致误操作。
总的来说这两个实验让我对信息系统有了进一步的了解。
