船长夜航命令簿管理规定

Nightorderbookmanagementregulations

1.为了夜间航行安全，正确地执行航次计划，设置《船长夜航命令簿》。

Inordertoensurethesafenavigationatnight,thebookissetuptomakesurethevoyageplancarryoutaccurately.

2.航行或锚泊中，船长每夜就寝前，应将有关航行要求及注意事项详细而明确地写入夜航命令簿，并放在海图室内规定位置。

夜航命令簿不得涂抹。

Duringthenavigationoranchorage,suchinformationincludingtherequirementandwarningsshouldbedefinitelyrecordedindetailsonthenightorderbookbeforecaptainsleeps.Thenightorderbook,notallowtosmear,shouldbeputontheappointedlocationinthechartroom.

3.值班驾驶员接班时，应仔细阅读，充分了解夜航命令簿内各项内容和要求，阅后签字并严格执行，如有不明之处，应立即请示船长。

ThenavigatorondutyshouldreadtheNightOrderBookcarefullyandfullymanagesallthecontentsandrequirements,signsandenforcesafterreading.Ifthereisanydoubt,justinquirycaptain.

4.船长临时增改夜航指示内容时，应通知当班驾驶员，并在更改处签字。

Ifanyinstructionsaboutnightnavigationwillchangeorincreasetemporarily,captainshouldnoticethenavigatorondutywhathaschangedandgiveasignatureontheplacechangedintheNightOrderbook.

5.值班驾驶员在执行夜航命令簿指示时，如遇情况变化，有必要临时更改内容时，应及时报告船长，并由船长记入夜航命令簿。

Thenavigatorondutyshouldperformnavigationasthenightorderedbookinstructions.Ifcircumstanceschanged,itisnecessarytotemporarychangethecontent,andpromptlyreportittothecaptain,whichthechangedcontentsshouldbewrittenintotheNightOrderbookbythecaptain.

6.船长应检查值班驾驶员执行夜航指示情况，如未严格遵守，应批评指出并督促改正。

Thecaptainshouldcheckontheexecutionaboutthenightorder,ifdidnotconduct,shouldstrictlycriticizeandpointoutwhat’swrongandurgetocorrect.

7.夜航命令簿由船长保管，三年后送安监部保存或处理。

ThenightorderbookshouldbekeptbycaptainforthreeyearsandtransferredtoSafetySupervisionDepartmentwhichwillpreserveitorbeathisdisposal.
