Abstract
As"thethirdprofitssource"ofthelogisticsindustry,hasbeenmoreandmoregetpeople'sattentionandconcern,anditsimportantbranchesofairportlogisticsismorebecauseofitssafety,quick,convenientandhighqualityservicebythefavourofpeople.Thedevelopmentoftheairportlogisticspark,inadditiontotheneedofbusinessprocessimprovement,theimprovementofthemanagementsystem,ismoredrivenbyinformationtechnology.Inthispaper,thebusinessprocessofairportlogisticsparkandlogisticsplatememberenterpriseinformationsystemcarriedonthethoroughanalysisandresearch,putforwardtheconstructionofairportphysicalparkplantoimplementtheinformationsystemofpublicinformationplatformofconnectivity,effectivelysolvethelogisticsparklong-standingrepeateddataentryandinformationislandphenomenon,finallyrealizestheoperations,processes,theintegrationofinformationandservices.

1Introduction
Intheprocessofeconomicglobalization,especiallyafterenteringthe90s,theglobalaircargodemandpresentstheaccelerationgrowthtrend,becomethedrivingforceofthegloballogisticsindustrydevelopment,andpromotethesustainedgrowthoftheeconomyintheworld.Thedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyintheaviationlogisticsindustryplaysanimportantroleintheprocess.Aircargoprocessitefficientlysupportthelogistics,informationflowandcashflow,isanessentialpartofairportlogisticsindustrydevelopmentimportantfactors.Theapplicationofinformationtechnologycanimprovetheopacityandaircargoprocessinformationasymmetry,andsolvetheprocesscomplexity,inefficiencyofoperation.
2Theresearchstatus
2.1TheconceptofairportlogisticsandairportLogisticsPark
Airportlogisticsbasedonmodernlogistics,relyingontheairport,totheairportasthecenterofamodernlogisticsmode,toaviationandairportgroundsupportingfacilitiesforthelogisticsasthecore,bymeansoftransportationservices,manyairlines,airfreightforwarding,integratedlogisticsenterprisetoprovidepubliclogisticsfacilities,logistics,informationserviceandcomprehensivelogisticsservices.Thisparticularity,haddecidedtheairportlogisticsisdifferentfromthegeneralsenseonthefunctionoflogistics,andmustconsidertheairportlogisticsinindustrialchainandthecorebusinessandthedifferencebetweentraditionallogistics.AccordingtothecurrentclassificationofAirtransportofgoods(AirCargo),canbedividedintoordinarysenseoftheCargo(AirFreight)transportation,Mail(AirMail)transportandExpress,AirExpresstransportation.Andtheextensionofairportlogisticsindustrychainwillbemadebypurecargotransportationtologisticsvalue-added(spin-off,packaging,processing),toformtheagglomerationeffectofinternationaltrade,internationalexhibition,andotherfunctions.
LogisticsParkistwoormorelogisticsenterprisesfocusonthespacelayoutofplaces,istohaveacertainscaleandthecomprehensiveservicefunctionsoflogisticsrallypoint.AndairportLogisticsParkbasedonaviationaircraftandairportgroundsupportingfacilitiesforthelogisticsasthecore,totransportservicesasameans,formanyairlines,airfreightforwarding,integratedlogisticsenterprisetoprovidepubliclogisticsfacilities,logistics,informationservicesandcomprehensivelogisticsservices.AirportLogisticsParkonthefunctionmainlyincludesthreebigfunctionsplatform:

Duetostartearlier,longdevelopmenttime,theEuropeanandAmericanareaofairportlogisticsinformationbasicallyinthetopintheworld.Intheseareas,airportlogisticsparticipantsinthesupplychainhasbeenbasicallyachievedtheinternalinformation,andthefederalexpress(FedEx),TNT(TNT)throughoutthesupplychain,suchasexpressdeliverycompanyhasestablishedanintegratedsystem.AtthesametimeEuropeandtheUnitedNationsandregionshaveestablishedtheirrespectivecorrespondingInformationplatform,suchasAmerica'sFreightFIRSTreal-timeInformationSystem(FreightInformationReal-timeSystemofTransport),BritishDestin8serviceplatform(basedontheoriginalbuildingFCPS),GermanyDecoysserviceplatform,theDutchW@vetportserviceplatform,etc.,areinthedifferentdegreetopromotetherapiddevelopmentoftheaviationlogisticsindustry.
3Theairportlogisticsvaluechainbasedontimecompetition
Airportlogisticsisgivenprioritytowithairtransportandmultimodaltransport,mainlyfortheproductioncycleisshort,tologisticstimelinessdemandingenterprise,toprovideprocurement,production,salesandafter-salesmaintenancelinkacrossregionsbetweenrawmaterials,intermediateproductsandfinishedgoods,transportation,storage,loadingandunloading,handling,packaging,circulationprocessing,distribution,informationprocessing,andotherfunctionsofintegratedlogisticsservice,makethegoodsflowfromsupplytodemand.Since1970,theairportlogisticsisdevelopingrapidly,theinternationalairportlogisticsisgrowingatdoubleevery10years.Intothe1990s,theinternationalairportlogisticsgrowthspeedisalmosttwiceasmanypassengertrafficgrowth.Aircargoin2000accountedfor2%ofglobaltradetransportationtotalweight,but40%ofthegross.Itispredictedthattheworldairportthroughputoverthenext20yearswillbegrowingatanaverageannualrateof6.4%.

Atthesametime,customerdemandforproductsinadditiontothediversification,personalization,alsoincreasinglytoagilityandtimelyrequest,supplychainmanagementunderpressuretocontinuouslyshortendeliverytime.Trendofbuyer'smarkethasbecomeincreasinglyobvious,thecustomerhasbecomethepotentialenergyinthewholesupplychainnetwork,inthisnew"customerthehighestpotentialenergy"andeconomicenvironment,duetothegraduallytothetimefactoroncustomerfocus,timetobecomethenewprofitaftercost,qualityandservice.Globalmanufacturingtechnologydevelopment,thehighandnewtechnologyenterpriseofrawmaterialstoproductionlineofincreasinglystricttime,demandforzeroinventoryishigherandhigher,fasterandfasterspeedforthepromotionofnewproductrequirements.Industryvaluechainthroughintra-industrydivisionoflaborandindustrywithinthesynergisticeffectbetweeneachlink,reducethetotalcostofallaspectsofthecompetitionwillfocusontimeconstraintsonthewholeindustryvaluechain,improvetheefficiencyofthewholeoftheindustrialactivities,thetimetoaskcompressionindustrialchainlinkofdifferentactivitiesandactivitylinkbetweentheflowoftime.
