Duetothefactthatourcostshavefarexceededourbudget,wehadtogettotherootoftheproblem.Shockingly,mostofourcostscamefromprinting.Afurther,detailedlookmadeusrealizethattoomanyofour1,000employeeswerewastingpaperbymakingunnecessarycopies.This,ofcourse,hasincreasedourpaperusage,butithasalsoresultedinourusingmoreoftheveryexpensiveinkcartridges(墨盒)aswellastherepairworkthathasfollowed.Overthepastmonth,thishasoccurredataratethatisnotacceptable.Therefore,thefollowingruleswillgointoeffectimmediatelystartingtomorrowforeveryoneinalldepartments.Thisproblemisserious,soanyonecaughtinviolationoftherulesbelowwillbepunished,suspended,orevendismissed.Yourfullcooperationisrequested.

(1)Alldepartmentswillbeassignedanaccesscard.Itwillrecordthedateandtimetokeeptrackofthenumberofcopiesyourdepartmentstaffmakes.Managersineachdepartmentareresponsibleforkeepingtrackofwhousesthecardbykeepingarecordbook.

(2)Forbulkcopiesover100,youmustgetadvanceapprovalfromyourdepartmenthead.
