2、Withoverfour-yearcorrelativeexperienceofdomesticorpublicelectricorcomponentsmanufacturer(s)(candidatewhohas experienceofheatingcomponentsproductionispriority-employed)
3、Onceengaged inproductionofmultinationalcompanybothinChinaorabroad
4、Goingdeepintofrontlineandfamiliarwithindustryprocessingorassemblyline
5、Capableoforganizingateamformanagingquality(candidatewhousedtobeQualityManager)ispriority-emploed)
6、Withanopenmindandgoodtobecuriousaboutknowledgeandinformationaround
7、Workvigorouslytomeetwithhardworkingsituation

5、Toofferthepartneranimportantsupportasconcernsproductdevelopment,operationoptimizationandglobalcostreduction
