上周二（10月21日）第一片区三年级数学教师在xx路小学进行了片区教研活动，内容为三年级数的计算新知探究课，课后对本节课的课堂实况进行了探讨交流，形成以下两个方面的收获：

一、规范说课的基本要求：

1、说本节课的学习内容。

2、说学习目标：
本环节的重点是学习目标的设计思想，解读学习目标。
（2.Talkaboutlearninggoals:
Thefocusofthislinkisthedesignthinkingoflearninggoalsandinterpretinglearninggoals.）
3、说本节课的重难点。
（3.Talkabouttheimportantanddifficultpointsofthislesson.）
4、说导学案的设计思路和导学案的各部分设计意图。
（4.Talkaboutthedesignideasoftheguidedlearningcaseandthedesignintentofeachpartoftheguidedlearningcase.）
5、说课堂环节的操作思路，突破重难点的策略和方法。
（5.Talkabouttheoperationideasoftheclassroomlink,thestrategiesandmethodstobreakthroughthemostdifficultpoints.）
二、总结了提高中、低年级学生课堂评价的方法：

中、低年级学生由于年龄、认知水平、能力等各方面有限，所以在课堂学习中对其他学习小组的展示评价往往起不到促进本节课学习目标达成的作用，他们的评价很多时候针对了展示者行为方式进行评价，弱化了对知识的评价和质疑。
怎样解决这样的问题，通过我们片区教师的集智讨论，提出我们的建议：
（Duetothelimitedage,cognitivelevel,abilityandotheraspectsofmiddleandlowergradestudents,thepresentationandevaluationofotherstudygroupsinclassroomlearningoftenfailstopromotetheachievementofthelearningobjectivesofthislesson.TheirevaluationsareoftenaimedatToevaluatethebehavioroftheexhibitor,toweakentheevaluationandquestioningofknowledge.Howtosolvethisproblem,throughthebrainstormingdiscussionofourdistrictteachers,weputforwardoursuggestions:

1、对学生的积极评价、大胆发言应当给予鼓励、肯定和支持，保护学生的积极性和自尊心。
（1.Encouragement,affirmation,andsupportshouldbegiventostudents'positiveevaluationsandboldspeechestoprotectstudents'enthusiasmandself-esteem.）
2、要注意评价的有效性，既要对课堂中的表现进行评价，更要注意对展示者所展示的知识进行评价，发表自己的不同观点。
教师在课堂中要充分发挥引导的作用，在参与学生的学习的过程中多一些示弱性追问，这样不仅可引导学生重视知识的生成，解决疑难问题；同时也可培养学生大胆质疑，学会质疑的习惯，最大限度地发挥评价的作用，从而提高课堂学习效率。
