GeneralNotice

1.Thetariffisapplicabletoforeignvessels`repairchargedinU.S.Dollars＄.

2.Theratesareapplicabletotheworkscarriedoutduringthenormalworkinghours,thatisfivedaysaweek,andeighthoursaday.Anyworks,asrequestedbytheship,doneoutsideofthishoursorontheNationalholidaysandyardsholidaysshallbechargedwithextraforovertime.

3.Allpricesquotedhereinareforshiprepairscarriedoutinthepremisesoftheshipyard,extrapricesshallbeaddedforsuchrepairsattheportberths,buoys,anchorage,andrepairofnavigatingvesselsaccordingtotheactualworkstobedone.

4.Forabnormalrepairduringthevesselstayintheyard,thegeneralserviceandrepairchargesshallbeextracharged.

5.Theyardshallnotberesponsiblefortheconsequencesofwar,earthquake,forcemajeureofcausesbeyondyard`scontrol.

6.Allscrapedmaterials,exceptheavypartsofmachinery,propellerandtailshaft,shallbetheyard`sproperty.

7.Thistariffisapplicabletorepairoffreightcarriersandfishingvesselswithover1000grosston（including1000grosston）,withreferenceto,itcouldbeexecutedtothoseupto1000grosston,repairsofotherspecialtypesofshipsarebeyondofthistariffscope.

8.Thistariffbecomeseffectivefrom1stJune2001,ChinaAssociationoftheNationalShipbuildingIndustryreservestherighttorevisepricesdependingonthechangeinmaterialcostandtheexchangeratesetc.withoutnotice.

9.TheTariffForShipRepairsissuedbyanotherMinistries、Grouparesimultaneouslyabrogatedsincethistariffbecomeseffective.

10.ChinaAssociationoftheNationalShipbuildingIndustryhasthecopyrightofTariffForShipRepairsissuedbyChinaAssociationoftheNationalShipbuildingIndustry,towhomtherighttointerpretbelongs.Allrightsreserved.
