一、重要提示及机床使用安全说明

I.CriticalHintsandSafetyDescriptionduringOperatingMillingMachine

1.重要提示

1.1.ImportantHints

一、使用本机床前，请仔细阅读本机床使用说明书。

I.Priortooperation,pleasereadthismanualcarefully.

二、机床开箱后，检查机床在运输过程中有无损伤，各部位连接螺钉是否松动，若有松动现象，加以紧固。

II.Whenunpacking,checkoutthemachinefordamageandtightnessofscrewsduringtransportation.Ifscrewsindeedbecomeloose,fastenimmediately.

三、使用本机床前必须认真清洗各部位尤其导轨之间的油封油。

III.Cleanupthemachinebeforeuse,especiallythesealingoilexistingbetweenguidingrails.

四、使用本机床前应先检查各润滑点是否有润滑油，严禁缺油时操作，使用中做好定期润滑工作。

IV.Checkouteachlubricatingpointforlubricationanditisforbiddentostartupthemachinewhenlackoflubricant.Performlubricationperiodically.

五、机床电器应可靠接地！

V.Makesurethemachineiswellgrounded.

六、左、右电器箱门关紧后，才能给机床通电！

VI.Connectwiththemainpowersupplyafterclosingtheleftandrightelectricboxdoors.

七、接通电源试车时，应慢速检查、确保主轴旋转方向与标牌要求一致！

确保工作台纵向及横向移动方向与手柄拨动方向一致！

VII.Runthemachineslowlywhenpowerisonandtheninspecttoensurethatthespindlerotatesidenticallywiththatsaidinthesignandthebenchmoveswiththehandleinthesamedirection.

八、在装卸刀具前应将主轴制动旋钮接通，装卸刀具时一定要抓牢！

VIII.Pressthespindlebrakingbuttontoattachordetachthecutters.

九、主轴在旋转前应确认主轴刀具已夹紧！

IX.Whenthecutterisaffixedtothespindlesecurely,startthemachine.

十、主轴在运转过程中严禁变换主轴转速！

严禁调整铣头角度！

X.Neverchangetherotationspeedofthespindleandtheangleofthecutterwhenitisinoperation.

十一、各手轮、手柄在切削加工过程中应处于脱开位置！

升降手柄最好卸下，避免偶然伤害！

XI.Detachvarioushandwheelsandhandlesduringmillingtoavoidaccidentalinjuries.

十二、操作者在使用机床时，禁止在升降台面上放置工件与工具！

XII.Neverrestworkpiecesandtoolsontheliftingtableduringoperation.

十三、经常检查三个运动方向的极限行程撞块是否松动！

不允许超行程使用机床！

工作台前后移动及升降台下降快到限位时严禁快速！

XIII.Checkoutthestopblocksin3directionsfortightnessfromtimetotimeandneveracceleratewhenthebenchapproachesthestopblocks.

十四、工作台升降时操作者不要将头、手、腿、脚置于工作台与刀具、升降台与床身底座间，防止挤压！

XIV.Neverputyourlegs,head,handsandanypartofyourbodybetweenthebenchandcutter,theliftingtableandmillingmachineconsoleaswelltopreventinjurywhenthebenchisliftingorlowering.

十五、机床在切削加工过程中切屑飞溅可能造成危险，请注意自我保护！

用户应根据零件形状、加工范围制作专用的防护装置。

XV.Beawareofswarfduringmillingandusedifferentprotectiondevicesaccordingtotheshapeandworkingscopeetc.ofpartstobemilled.

十六、注意各个方向的传动丝杆在转动时，避免身体任何部位和衣服与传动部件缠绕！

XVI.Payattentiontotherotatingtransmissionthreadrodsandtrynottobecaughtbyanypartofyourbodyandclothes.

十七、操作者在机床工作时，要密切注视切削情况，遇到突发危险，应按急停按钮。

XVII.Incaseofdanger,pleasepresstheemergencestopbuttonimmediately.

十八、日常的精心保养对维护机床精度和性能极为重要，请及时清理切屑，定期拆洗刮屑板。

XVIII.Routinemaintenancemeanssignificanttotheprecisionandperformanceofthemillingmachineandtherefore,cleanupswarfsandtheswarfscraperperiodically.

十九、拆卸升降丝杆前应在升降台地面与床身底座间用枕木支撑，防止升降台、工作台在重力作用下向下滑！

XIX.Placeawoodensupportbetweentheliftingtableandthemillingmachineconsolebeforedisassemblingtheliftingthreadrodssoastopreventthemfromfallingcausedbytheirownweight.

二十、使用过程中若发生故障，如能自行解决，本公司十分感谢。

XX.Forfailuresencounteredintheoperationprocess,trytosolvebyyourselfandwehighlyappreciateyourcooperation.

若无法解决，报修时请在传真中详细说明故障发生原因或部位，以便我们及时准确地为您服务。

操作人员使用机床前要仔细阅读机床使用说明书及补充说明。

操作人员要掌握有关安全操作的必要知识方可使用机床。
