1.课题分析

危险化学品安全是国家公共安全的重要组成部分,与人们的健康和生态环境息息相关,随着社会经济的快速发展,我国对能源以及化工产品的需求迅猛增加,危险化学品爆炸、泄漏、污染事故时有发生，给国民经济发展、人民群众健康、生命和财产安全以及环境资源造成了不可估量的损失。

由于我国在危险化学品安全管理与技术方面基础薄弱，无法满足联合国危险货物运输法规和全球化学品协调系统以及欧盟等相关法规中的相关要求及时提供化学品物理、健康以及环境危害信息，我国的化学品出口贸易的发展一直饱受抑制。

为了妥善解决危险化学品安全领域出现的各种新情况、新问题，使我国经济健康协调发展，近些年来，国家对危险化学品安全格外重视，注重安全技术研发以及先进的安全管理理念的推广应用，初步形成了危险化学品安全保障体系。

目前，国际上已经形成了包括化学品安全信息体系在内的一整套完备的用于化学品危害分类的技术体系，全球因危险化学品事故造成的损失大大减少。

本文应用本学期所学的文献检索技术，检索了近20篇美国关于危险化学品安全管理方法的文献，经粗略整理，给出这篇不太成熟的文献综述，有不足之处，望老师予以指正。
