AndthetruthisthatmostAmericanseatsobadly—weget7percentofourcaloriesfromsoftdrinks,morethanwedofromvegetables;thetopfoodgroupbycaloricintakeis“sweets〞;andone-thirdofnation’sadultsarenowobese—thattheorganicquestionisasecondaryone.
