Onceinclass,wewereassignedtowriteasceneinspiredbyHamlet,theplaywewerereading.Excitedaboutthechancetowrite,Iworkedextrabardonit.AfterIhandeditin,MissJudgewasreallyimpressedandaskedifshecouldreadittothewholeclass.Irefused.Eventoday,Istillregretthatdecision.Atthetime,IfeltlikeeveryonewouldthinkIwasdeliberatelytryingtoimpressthembyrubbingmygreatstoryintheirface.
