１　目的

本ガイドラインの目的は、ContinentalTavesのサプライヤがAQP遂行に必須の要件を満たすように、ContinentalTevesAG&Co.OHGのAQPを解説することである。

同時に本書では、QS9000、APQP、VDA,Volume4の内容と目的に沿った一般的な仕様も考慮されており、それら規格もすべて有効である。

1Purpose

ThepurposeofthisdocumentationistodescribeAdvancedQualityPlanning（AQP）atContinentalTevesAG&Co.OHG1sothatitssuppliersareabletosatisfytherequirementsofContinentalTevesforperformingAQP.Atthesametime,thegeneralspecificationsonthecontentsandobjectiveofQS90002,APQP3andVDA4,Volume45havebeentakenintoaccountandarealsovalidinfull.

本書では以下項目を詳細に説明する：

・AQPを実行すべき時期。

・ContinentalTevesにおけるAQPの仕組み。

・品質を保証するために、AQPの範囲内で遂行すべき活動。

・AQPの範囲内でContinentalTevesが行うサプライヤとの協力および情報交換の方法。

・情報交換用文書

２　適用範囲

以下の手順は、ContinentalTevesの工場に納入する全ての生産資材サプライヤに適用する。

2FieldofApplication

Theproceduredescribedbelowisvalidforallsuppliersforproductionmaterial6supplyingtoContinentalTeves'plants.

ContinentalTevesのサプライヤは、サプライヤの生産資材サプライヤ、すなわちContinentalTevesにとってのサブサプライヤが、本書に記載するシステムの要求事項と目的に合致するシステムを運営することに責任を持つ。

その活動結果は、プロジェクト作業の一環として文書化しなければならない。

ThesuppliersofContinentalTevesareresponsibleforensuringthattheirproductionmaterialsuppliers,i.e.sub-suppliersofContinentalTeves,operateasystemwhichmeetstherequirementsandtheobjectiveofthesystemdescribedherein.Theresultingactivitiesmustbedocumentedaspartoftheprojectwork.

３　定義（本書の範囲）

QS9000、VDA、Volume6、DINENISO8402で用いられる定義を適用する。

本書特有の意味を持つ定義は以下で説明する：

３．１　AQP

AQPは「Advanced-Quality-Planning」の省略形である。

3.1AQP

AQPistheabbreviatedformof"AdvancedQualityPlanning".

3．2プロジェクト

DIN69901には「プロジェクト」が定義されている。

上記DINに加え、以下の定義も適用する：

InDIN69901theexpressionProjectisdefined.ThefollowingalsoappliesinadditiontotheaboveDIN.

「プロジェクトとは、ContinentalTevesの購入コンポーネントに関係する活動であるとともに、生産資材サプライヤと共に、そしてサプライヤ側でプロジェクトを推進することを前提とする活動である。

」

3．3開発承認

ContinentalTevesは、プロジェクトの開発進行状況を説明して文書化するプロジェクト管理のために、承認システムを展開してきた。

3.3Developmentreleases

ContinentalTeveshasdevelopedareleasesystemforprojectcontrolpurposeswhichdescribesanddocumentsthedevelopmentstatusofprojects.

開発進行状況が決めるものは、製品（製品開発）に寄せる需要であり、プロジェクトのある段階で実行せねばならない製造工程（工程開発）である。

Thedevelopmentstatusdefinesthedemandsmadeontheproduct（productdevelopment）andthemanufacturingprocessused（processdevelopment）whichhavetobeperformedatcertainstagesoftheproject7-milestones.

開発承認、すなわち、技術的承認（F05,F06,F07,F08）は、要求事項が達成された事を実証された場合に発行される。

その証拠は、適切な方法で提供すると共に文書化しなければならない。

Developmentreleases,orso-calledtechnicalreleases（F05,F06,F07,F08）areissuedifitisproventhattheserequirementsaremet.Evidencemustbefurnishedanddocumentedbyappropriatemethods.

ContinentalTevesによるこうした承認は常に、自動車メーカーへ供給されるOEM製品（システム）に関与している。

個々のアセンブリーとコンポーネントはシステムとともに承認を受けるのが普通であり、それに従って次の承認レベルに達することになる。

ThesereleasesbyContinentalTevesalwaysrelatetotheproduct（system）whichissuppliedtotheautomobilemanufacturer（OEM）.Individualassembliesandcomponentsarenormallyclearedtogetherwiththesystemandtherebyreachthenextreleaselevel8.

獲得した各承認レベルは、開発進行状況を示す書類として技術文書（設計図、仕様書等）に記される。

Eachreleaselevelwhichhasbeenreachedisnotedonthetechnicaldocuments（drawings,specifications,etc.）asdocumentationofthedevelopmentstatus.

ContinentalTevesの各部門が、これら承認毎にそれぞれの責任範囲内で特定の活動を遂行する権限を付与されている。

TheindividualdepartmentsofContinentalTevesareauthorizedbythesereleasestocarryoutcertainactivitiesintheirrespectiveareasofresponsibility.

3．4生産部品承認プロセス（PPAP）

PPAPは、製品がContinentalTavesが定める要求事項に従うことを保証する。

3.4ProductionPartApprovalProcess

TheprocedureProductionPartApprovalProcess（PPAP）ensuresthatproductscomplytothedefinedrequirementsofContinentalTeves.

PPAPは新製品、製品の技術上の変更、生産工程変更を対象に使用される。

Itisusedfornewproducts,technicalchanges9ofproductsandforchangesoftheproductionprocess.

PPAP手順は、製品および製品の製造に用いられる工程を常に考慮する。

PPAP手順に含まれる承認は以下の通りである：

ThePPAPprocedurealwaysconsiderstheproductandtheprocessesusedtomanufacturetheproduct.AreleasewithinthePPAPprocedurethereforeincludes:

・工程承認（工程能力調査（ProcessCapabilityStudy）および／または工程監査（ProcessAudit））

・製品承認（測定報告、試験結果等）

∙aprocessrelease（ProcessCapabilityStudyand/orProcessAudit）

∙aproductrelease（measuringreports,testresults,etc.）.

PPAPを進める際のContinentalTevesの特定要求事項の詳細は、同名のガイドラインに記載されており、主にVDAVolume2やQS9000の各規格に準拠している。

ContinentalTeves'specificrequirementsontheprogressionofPPAParedescribedindetailintheGuideline10ofthesamename.TheyaremainlybasedonthespecificationsofVDAVolume211andthespecificationsinQS900012.

3．5開発責任を負わないサプライヤ

このタイプのサプライヤは、ContinentalTevesが提供する設計を基に製品を生産する。

これら製品は技術上あまり複雑でない製品（コンポーネントや単純システム）であって、普通は旋削加工部品やパンチプレス加工コンポーネントなどがある。

3.5Supplierswithoutdevelopment

responsibility

TheyproduceproductsbasedonadesignprovidedbyContinentalTeves.Theyarenormallyproductswithminortechnicalcomplexity（components,simplesystems）,e.g.turnedparts,stampedcomponents,etc.

「顧客指定」品質要求事項（機能や耐久性）への適合は、システムを完成させない限り、評価できないことが多い。

こうした理由により、こうした製品は、常時は、ContinentalTevesがそのシステムに組んで検証する。

その結果は、そのシステムのPPAPで文書化される。

Thecompliancewiththe‘customerspecific’qualityrequirements（Function,Durability）oftheseproductscanoftennotbeassessedunlessbuiltofthecompletesystem.Forthatreasontheseproductsarenormallyvalidated13byContinentalTevesinsidethesystem,andtheresultsaredocumentedintheProductionPartApprovalProcessofthesystem.

それらサンプルを予め十分な時間的余裕をもってContinentalTevesへ送って、同じ開発進行状況にある、システムの他のサンプルとともに確実に検証できるようにする。

サンプル提出に伴うデータの指定はCotinentalTevesの購買部門が行う。

SamplesmustthereforebesenttoContinentalTevessufficientlywellinadvancetoensurethattheycanbevalidatedinthesamplesoftheSystemwiththesamedevelopmentstatus.DatesforsubmissionofthesamplesarespecifiedbythePurchasingdepartmentofContinentalTeves.14

3．6開発責任を負うサプライヤ

サプライヤは自らの責任で、ContinentalTevesと緊密に協力しつつ、製品を設計し生産する。

それらの製品は常時、「顧客指定」品質要求事項の定義が明確な複雑な製品であり、モーター、コントロールユニット、センサー等である。

3.6Supplierswithdevelopment

responsibility

TheydevelopanddesignproductsontheirownresponsibilitybutinclosecollaborationwithContinentalTeves.Theyarenormallycomplexproducts,forwhich‘customerspecific’qualityrequirementshavebeendefined,e.g.motors,controlunitsandsensors,etc.

これら製品に関して、「顧客指定」品質要求事項を遵守していることをサプライヤは自らの開発責任範囲で証明する。

この証明は適切な方法でで確実に行って文書化したものをContinentalTevesに提出しななければならない。

Fortheseproductsthesupplierproves,withinthescopeofhisdevelopmentresponsibility,thattheproductcomplieswiththe‘customerspecific’qualityrequirements.Theymustensurethisbyappropriatemeasures15anddocumentittoContinentalTeves.

４．責任

サプライヤは、あらゆるAQP活動の期限通りの計画、実行、文書化に全面的な責任を負う。

サプライヤは自らの組織に沿う個々の活動に対する責任も明確化する。

4Responsibility

TheSupplierisfullyresponsibleforthepunctualplanning,performanceanddocumentationofallAQPactivities.Healsospecifiesresponsibilitiesfortheindividualactivitiesinlinewithitsorganization.

サプライヤーはプロジェクトマネージャを選任し、プロジェクトマネージャが、社内におけるプロジェクトの調整、そしてプロジェクトの連絡担当者としてContinentalTevesとの対応を一任されるものとする。
